Many of us prefer Sentai because a lot of recent Power Rangers series have been just bad! Especially with writing! And if you don't like Super Sentai, then don't post in this thread!

^And I refer to things by how they'd be called on Power Rangers. So "Morphers", "Zords" & "Megazords". But if it wasn't for Super Sentai, none of this would be here!

Same here. Especially due to some other comments.
What I'm excited about this series is the Gem motif because one of my favorite Archetypes in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG is the Gem-Knights. The Rangers' motif being gems & vehicles is better than Goggle-V where the gems were overshadowed by the gymnastics motif. Plus the villains of my tenth original Power Rangers team are based on gems.

The monsters look interesting. The first human-sized one is very reminiscent of that Gorenger monster that the Gokaigers fought!

Caught episode zero. I think every character of the main 5 is genuinely likable, even a hyper Red. The mentor backstory is pretty good too.
Part of me hopes the sixth is white, based off of a diamond. Can't really do clear, so white would fit it well, that or black obsidian.

^ Okay, cool. Pearl could totally work for Kirama Silver's gem. I think diamond would be a good option for hardness which makes sense for his drill weapon.
I would also like to see a black onyx ranger as a seventh member.

Diamond is a bit on the nose. It would have too much "Kamen Rider Wizard" in terms of vibes. Obsidian would be a good gem for a Black Ranger!   |
