Peter is in a dimension where he never got bit. Cindy however still was and is active in this reality as Spider-Woman (but she corrects Jameson later that it's Silk), Peter is at his house when the Burgler attacks and he is shot and wounded saving May's life. Peter gets physical therapy and is able to use a crutch to get about. He still gets bullied at school, but Flash Thompson becomes good friends with him as he was impressed with Peter's heroics saving his Aunt. Liz and Peter also become a couple, with Liz occasionally displaying fits of jealousy at the suggestion Peter has a crush on Silk. Peter offers Cindy his services as her tech guy and she accepts. Peter wins a science fair and is recruited into Oscorp upon graduation. Years later, Peter is working at Oscorp and receives a mysterious message asking for help

Spider-Man: The Lost Hunt#4
Most of the issue focuses on the origin of Tracy, aka Aja Orisha, she is from Wakanda, she left to explore the wider world and met Henry McKay in Harlem, they fell in love and very quickly married, Henry then died two months later but not before impregnating Aja, who gives birth to a child she christens Takhar. Aja meets Sergei while helping people and, sensing he is troubled, takes him under her wing, training him and Takhar in Africa, but Sergei develops a knack for hunting and killing animals, something she is against.
She takes Sergei back to her estate in Manhattan, where she believes he can overcome his inner demons through the process of death and rebirth. She feeds him the necccersary drugs and buries him, but instead of the two weeks that it takes to cleanse the soul, Sergei revived himself in four days, his demons too great to overcome. He began to resent Aja, as did Takhar, and both left her company to explore the world, Takhar adopting the name Gregor and accepting Sergei as his father figure.
Sergei would then pervert Aja's treatments, using the process on Spider-Man (Kraven's Last Hunt) after numerous encounters with Peter and failing to defeat him drove him insane.
Meanwhile, Mary Jane has managed to get through to the crazed Peter, telling him he can always come to the real her, and she thanks god she found him in her life (DeMatties goes hardcore on Peter and MJ's devotion here, like he's telling editorial in no uncertain terms to fuck off)
Aja travels to Peter and MJ's house to warn them that Gregor is on his way with an animal army to kill them.

Stargirl & The Lost Children seem to been released a week earlier than expected....huh. anyway Corky of the Time Masters explains how these sidekicks were apart of the timeline but due to The whole Flashpoint gabagoo (both of them) & they were able to save them & that stopping the Childminder might fix things. Meanwhile the Childminder has been planning to sell the lost kids & using Judy Garrick as a battery to get in contact with them while her castle is assaulted by the Sidekicks. The buyer appears though & it's Matthew Tyler: The Hourman of DC One Million & member of the JSA!

Superman is readable again with the new #1. After the Events of Return of Kal-El, Clark Identity is back to being a secret & Lois is in charge of the Daily Planet after Perry is out of commission. While Action see's Clark utilizing his friends & family to safeguard Metropolis, This book see's Lex be the devil on Clark's shoulder which he tries to ignore but might have to start listening soon as Lex's old enemies begin to take on Superman. We also get promise of Brainiac story later this year.

Over in Amazing Spider-Man, Peter tells Felicia his love for MJ has 'changed' and he sees her more as a sister. Felicia sees right through this as a lie, but she understands Peter is trying to spare her feelings so they can make their relationship work. It's not going to obviously, which makes Felicia look worse for putting up with it
God I remember when Alicia once told Ben her love for him had changed, and now they're married.
And CW Barry and Iris had no trouble getting married after spending their whole lives as 'siblings'....

Weird that it's Hickman doing something with Ultimate. I thought Cates was going to do it given how he was hinting at something with them in Venom years back. Oh well Hickman's one of the better writers for Ultimate Universe so maybe it'll be alright.
