Lupinranger Vs. Patranger Discussion Thread

Feels like Kyuranger passed by really quickly, but I'm hyped for Lupinranger v Patranger.

I'm curious about the zords & the monsters. Can you guys tell what species of dinosaur the footsoldiers are based on???

Ok this first episode was very nice I'm diggin'the theme and the 2 sentain teams (its something fresh), About the characters I have a good feeling , villians are intresting Look forward for the second episode!!!!! the VIBE is good

Anyways, I liked the first episode! Haven't quite seen the subs yet, but the action was really awesome.

Any of the sub sites get sub ep up yet just curious. I rather see it sub to get what's going on then watching it raw.

So, since so few have seen it, I'll give a quick review.

The teams: So here is basically what I got.

Lupin Red does have a playful side to him, but he does a good job switching to serious when needed. Lupin Blue is the serious member, but when he uses the old dirt cloud for laser grid trick, he also seems to be the sharpest. Lupin Yellow is the more playful of the group, most may not like this but I thought it helped with balancing the team. The butler was more of a watchful eye and serious mentor type, can't wait to see his master.

As for the patrangers, Patren 1go is super serious but it can easily be played to a comedic level. Patren 2go is the more playful of the team, who looks up to red, I actually like how opposite he is of Lupin Blue. Patren 3go is more of the cool type which is nice to see since it's a rarity with pink nowadays. Their chief is a pretty peaceful guy which works well with their serious dynamic. Jim was interesting, since we haven't had an assist bot (thats not a ranger like raptor) since ToQ.

The gangler are pretty okay for now. I like the more gang family feel to it, but we'll need more episodes to see how well that plays out. Also, the monster of the week had a human disguise. Hopefully a lot of the members can do this, since I think the last time a majority of the baddies had human forms were either Dairanger or Kakuranger (can't really remember)

Overall, this episode seemed to follow the Lupinrangers more but still felt like it had a good balance between the teams.
