Lalah considered the thought before nodding firmly. "Then I'll go with you. Someone has to be your support." She said, standing up from the ground and helped Leon do the same. "All you have to do is go for it. Jump high and wide, without fear. If you can forge your path away from your family legacy, then you'll do the same by telling Sam how your feel."

Samara looked up from her book, marking her place and closing it when she heard Augustus. "It's different, that ain't no lie," she said. "I'd just seen the 19th Century pass into the 20th, workin' my bar and then Mateo shows up, whiskin' me away to somethin' that felt like a story in a penny book. I'm still wrappin' my head around a lot of it, sugar. Like now the fact that I'm the second oldest person on the team since you come along."

"If it helps, you're aging like a good wine, or is it really good wine?" Auggie pondered aloud. "I'm still getting used to modern day speak." The old knight chuckled. While chatting with Samara, Leon appeared, interrupting their conversation, much to his confusion. Because he didn't know the group dynamic as well due to his recent arrival, he was the only person that didn't know that Leon had feelings for Samara, thus was oblivious to his nerves.

"Is something the matter, friend? You look ill!" Augustus asked, noticing that Leon was a large bundle of nerves.

Enjoying Samara's company, Auggie wasn't necessarily keen on leaving, but looked at Samara to determine how the lady wanted to proceed.

Samara felt herself giggle at Augustus' wine comment, and as she tried to respond, Leon appeared. She looked between the two men, her "research" having told her about moments like this. She sighed to herself, looking at Leon. She was aware of his crush on her, but something in her didn't reciprocate. She looked to Augustus, giving a small smile. "I will be back," she said, getting to her feet. She looked at Leon as she walked out from around the table. "Five minutes, Leon. I'll follow you."

On The Vengeance, Calen was performing maintenance to his armor. He was more stressed than usual due to the addition of the Gold Ranger. With six opponents, his goals have become that much harder to achieve.

"Master. I have discovered a potential weak point to exploit." The ship's AI spoke.

"What is it?" Calen asked, putting his tools down.

"I have discovered that one of the Rangers has prior Ranger lineage. Leon Steele is the descendant of Duncan Steele, the second Aura Striker Black Ranger. Known for his affinity for wrestling and wrestling tactics in combat. His skills were vital to achieving victory against the wizard Zaron in the 2020s. After defeating Zaron, Duncan retired from Ranger activity to pursue his wrestling career full time."

"Interesting. This might be the jolt we need." Calen surmised. "If I kill Duncan, Leon Steele would have never been born. Such a change may be enough to shift the timeline to save my family."

"It is recommended to pursue Duncan after he has surrendered his powers and before his former teammates reassemble. That period is where he is most vulnerable."

"That is an acceptable course of action. I would prefer not to have to deal with a more experienced group of Rangers at this point." Calen concluded. "Make preparations. Set a course for 2022."

"At once." The AI complied, setting the stage for the villain to potentially stop a problem before it even starts.

"Strange." Augustus scratched his head a bit with the sudden shift in Leon's urgency, going from needing to interrupt and speak his mind to suddenly backing down with little resistance. "Whatever it is, I hope it gets sorted out." Auggie spoke, still not having put the dots together.
