This is as close as we'll get to evidence for Geki Chopper's "sixth" ranger status. I still subscribe to the theory the Gear Dalinger summons anyone outside the core team (barring, of course, Go-On Green & Black), because Zenkaiger doesn't care about Gokaiger's groupings. The Gouraigers were noticeably absent when Kaito used the Hurricanegr Gear. Geki Violet and the Gouraigers were absent in this episode because it uses one (or two if a duo) at a time because of their uniqueness.
I wonder if it summons the ranger-like allies (and if it will forget Gunmajin). (I at least expect Kuro Kishi since he had official sixth ranger treatment in the past.) Will it include Deka Master and Wolzard (and their female sidekicks) or the other auxiliary rangers like Kyoryu Cyan?
I wouldn't be surprised if GoGoV summoned Liner Boy for shits and giggles.

Just saw 14. Given who shows up with Zox's gears. his gear summons seem to be anyone who wasn't on the debut team (including temporaries and replacements).

^ Yeah, that seems likely and it's a smart move by Toei to prevent inadvertently sowing more chaos between fans. Now I want to see Twokaizer perform Vul Eagle 2's Hiba Return sword technique!

It's been apparent to me since the Gear Tlinger's Hurricaneger summon. I think the Gear Dalinger can switch between additional warriors and even the core team (like how the GoGo Brace can also summon GoGo Vehicles 1–10). And when Zox does go with the core team, it may at times just pull up (temporary) replacements (including Kaoru) as Easter eggs.
I've been giving the Liner Boy theory some thought, and I think they'd only record poses for main Sentai warriors (core team + main additional warriors). But who knows.
This is my chart for the Gear Dalinger's additional warriors. I'm open to it summoning the ranger-like allies, but if it summons Kuro Kishi (who HAD official sixth ranger treatment), it'd open that can-of-worms possibility. (His Kakuranger Gear kind of did.)
JAKQ: Big One Maskman: X1 Mask(?) Liveman: Black Bison + Green Sai Zyuranger: Dragon Ranger Dairanger: Kiba Ranger Ohranger: King Ranger Megaranger: Mega Silver Gingaman: Kuro Kishi(?) Timeranger: Time Fire Gaoranger: Gao Silver Hurricaneger: Kabuto + Kuwaga Raiger | Shurikenger Abaranger: Abare Black | Abare Killer Dekaranger: Deka Master(?) | Deka Break | Deka Swan? Magiranger: Wolzard Wolzard Fire(?) | Magi Shine | Magi Mother? Boukenger: Bouken Silver Gekiranger: Geki Violet | Geki Chopper Go-Onger: Go-On Green + Black(?) | Go-On Gold + Silver (I will squeal if it summons Green and Black) Shinkenger: Shinken Gold Goseiger: Gosei Knight Gokaiger: Gokai Silver Go-Busters: Beet & Stag Buster Kyoryuger: Kyoryu Gold ToQger: ToQ 6gou Ninninger: Star Ninger Zyuohger: Zyuoh The World Kyuranger: Ryu Commander | Koguma Skyblue | Houou Soldier Lupinranger: Lupin X | Patranger: Patren X Ryusoulger: Ryusoul Gold Kirameiger: Kiramei Silver

Super Zenkaiser, Super Twokaiser, and Zenkaijuoh:

I'm thinking that's what "green" and "silver" were reserved for. I know Super Twokaiser is evoking the V-Rex, but his SD Mode is Gokaioh using Timeranger's Grand Power. It's almost like Goujyu Gokaioh.
I'm aware of Zenkaioh Super Juran and Vroon, but I hope Zenkaijuuoh unites the Zenkaioh twins and Twokaioh.

So, nobody gonna review this, I'm gonna say, I have several issues with this season. The writing is atrocious, the development is poor, the characters, specially Kaito, the Kikanoids, and villians, are pretty bland. Stacey is a waste. The zox family was great, tho. But, gosh, I have so much fun. I liked: - The idea of "fusion" with other worlds looks pretty impresive, but sometimes it runs out of steam. The fact two societies have to build relationships, and how this changed the "Human World", like people falling in love with Kikanoids, and viceversa, it's well handled. I think in the middle was so-so, closing the final episodes were better. It's sad everybody has to comeback to thier worlds, and everything was"normal" again. - I like the monsters-of-the-week themes. Looks very imaginative. - I was surprised the fight choreographies look pretty good, even moving with those monstruosity of suits, specially for the Kikanoids. - The mechas concept is OK. The final Gattai looks cool more in concept, but still I love it. - the "homages" are imaginative, it's not so "let's change into a different mode" or something. The gears gave them different things, and some of them are just for laughs. I love some crazy stuff, like the finisher using Jetman gear. It's just an homage of the final episode where they have to recreate Black Condor's death. Yes, it's somewhat macabre, but I laugh like an idiot. In another part, they were in the middle of a fire, and they use GoGo V gear, and they became capable of handling a rescue. Really, really fun. - Zox and Flint probably were my favorite characters. And Juran, my favorite Kikanoid. Finally a Red Ranger who is not an idiot. - The humor. It was really a fun season. It wasn't near levels of Carranger, but, it's something.
Things I didn't like:
- The villains (ALL OF THEM!) were boring. There were implications or, there were seeding clues of Gege being a mayor player...but he wasn't. I wonder if there were things related to the scandal of his original voice actor (the husband of the singer LiSA), and he was fired, and changed things along the way....or they have second thoughts and they created the final...."adversary" just in the spot. - Boccowaus is just another main villian who sits in his butt for the entire season, and really do something, in the last two episodes. It's such a bland character. - Ijirude was OK. just the guy who created the mechas for Stacy. He did something more when he brainwashed Kaito's dad, and tranformed him into Hakaizer...but that's it. Nothing remarkable. - So, Barashitara, Stacy's dad. He...exists. Nothing interesting. Plain. Boring. Forgettable villian. - Ok, the point of controversy for a lot: Stacy is boring for me. His development is boring. One episode is trying to connect with Secchan, being friendly, then being a villian, then being brainwashed, possesed by a God (sheeesh!). Just pick a side, dude. Added to that, the actor has less charisma than a planck. Gosh, he's the japanese Andrew Gray. I'm gonna defend Andrew Gray's Troy more, actually. He tried. Stacy's actor? He seems he never tried. - The whole build up to the endgame. Not the endgame actually. The final battle was in the episode before the finale, and it was serviceable...and pointless. Very Junko Komura. Close to Zyuohger. The stakes are almost close to zero though. I didn't feel the danger anyway... - The "God" who created the world and manipulated everything. Nothing of that plot had sense, the motivations were stupid, and it seems they did the "character" just because to ...I dunno. Fill time? The whole idea of fighting "God" to save the multiverse, seems like an incredible cool idea. But in this case, it was poorly executed. Such a shame. - And in the mayor controversy: Kaito and the Rangers. Kaito is not the Red Ranger, but he still acts like one. He's one note, barely with a personality and a catchphrase. Heck, he made me miss Juru. His backstory...Junko was watching some old episodes of Power Rangers, isn't? From the Neo Saban era? Kaito feels like somebody mashed the backstories of Tyler and Brody. Missing pàrents? A happy-go-lucky attitude? Gosh. The rest of the Kikanoids: the first episodes were fine, but I got tired of their shenanigans after a couple of episodes. Specially Gaon. He seems like a flat character. Veeeeery one-dimensional. Magine and Vroom did more. Barely, but they did more. It's weird: in old Sentais, non-human characters, like suits actors, were the most interesting part of a season, like Dekamaster/Doggie. But here? I dunno, the writing seems so poor for them. - The designs. I can't. I tried. I really tried. But I never liked them. I don't hate it, I liked several things. It was fun, but mostly because the humor. It's not boring, thanks to Zordon for the most part. I dunno. I expected.....I dunno what I was expecting.
