TBF, they were just reusing the 199 Hero ED footage there. Plus it's not like Toei or the production team hasn't changed classifications before (IE, X1 Mask was originally considered to be the first sixth ranger in Sentai during Boukenger but then around Gokaiger they decided it was Dragon Ranger and X1 Mask was changed to being an Extra Hero. Likewise Abare Killer wasn't considered a sixth during Bouken too but is around Gokai.).

that's fine, but then the team shot in the Ninnin vs Zyuoh special confirmed 6ths as well. That's how we figured out both Beet and Stag Buster were the 6ths of Go-Busters.
I actually like Geki being a no sixth team, it makes them a rarity along w/ Carranger and Gingaman
