Yet we have a racist president who's even more offensive!!! Maybe if they'd changed Passimian's facial color scheme like they did Jynx, this could have aired!

Yeah, I have read the reasons why it wasn't getting dub. I agree, it is getting pretty old. That's why I have not gotten the season 1 Blu-ray set of Pokemon nor did I get the new smaller condense versions of seasons 1 and 2 on DVD is because they didn't include the episodes in those seasons that ended up getting banned due to Jinx's skin color and appearing in those episodes, whether brief or half or the entire episodes.

That is a silly reason when they could have just changed color or something. Didn't that do that to a character in one of the Dragon Ball series z series a character was black. And then gt or Kai they turned character blue.

Yeah, and they did change the color of Jinx later on in later seasons as well as in games. From what I read, Japan even went as far as recoloring Jinx in the previous seasons they appeared in before the color change, but Pokemon International decided not to use them.

Yep! And like I said. Why should they care about offending certain races when our president is a publicly known racist who put a travel ban on certain types of people??? Don't mean to go political here, but one can't blame me.

Personally I would have just changed colors and maybe some other minor tweaks. I would only not use a whole episode if there was something like to mature or to overtly this or thst. Which wouldn't pass us standards and practices.

Mr. Popo was turned blue for Dragon Ball Z Kai but only for the Toonzai broadcast edit. The uncut version and the Nicktoons broadcast edit left him as is. |

First off, Bulbasaur, clearly you're one of those people who judge someone and automatically think they're beyond stupid. Second, I'm actually incredibly intelligent & observant. Capable of using logic and constantly thinking. And third, I've actually been on the receiving end of racism!!! Twice in high school! The travel ban affects the DNA I inherited from my CUBAN mother!

Bulbasaur don't act patronizing to other members. And purplecreator your point doesn't make any sense. Saying because Trump is racist we shouldn't care about upsetting others is wrong and probably best to just avoid causing controversy whatsoever by skipping the episode.

What I said DOES make sense. People are concerned about offending other races. Yet many people voted FOR a racist. That's my point! And I didn't appreciate Bulbasaur implying that I'm stupid. I've been dealing with people who've treated me like that on & offline my entire life! Including recently!
