Apparently the twist in Batman#50 is this Selina is advised not to marry Bruce by her best friend Holly, but Holly was manipulating Selina on orders from Bane. Bane is working with the villains, Gotham Girl and Flashpoint Batman So it's entirely possible Selina and Bruce will eventually marry once this little drama is sorted out..or perhaps not.

You guys should read the ASM newspaper strip right now, we'd mid-way through a team-up with Iron Fist. Danny revealed his identity to Peter and is surprised Peter's never heard of his civilain identity despite being profiled in the wall street journal. Peter said his subscription to that had lapsed. One other thing about the Batman#50 twist Booster Gold's computer Skeets is also working with Bane

Man of Steel#6 Clark and Kara trap Zarr in the Phantom Zone, and we learn Lois and Jon both went with Jor-El to explore the galaxy, leaving Clark alone. Clark gave Lois his Rebirth costume to wear (because reasons) and switched back to the outfit with the trunks

Check Newsarama for the variants. Folks, if you're still bugged by the Kitty and Colossus drama, then today's X-Men Gold gives us a little hope Rachel is attacked by psychic mutant foe Mesmero and made to attack her fellow X-Men. In her mind, she is reliving a battle in her own timeline (Days of Future Past), where she sees the X-Men in the present as her enemies. While what Rachel sees is an illusion, it's hinted that this is based off the actual future, as Kate (Kitty's future self) recalls an earlier moment in the same issue where Colossus takes his leave of her the day after their aborted wedding. Kate is comforted by an aged Colossus, and it's revealed Kate is pregnant with his child.
It's left ambiguous as to whether or not the vision in Rachel's head is real or mere projection due to us getting perspectives from other characters throughout in the lead up to Rachel's appearance and attack.

Woo-boy! What a week. Well to start let's get the big one out of the way since it came out on a National Holiday.
Captain America: I didn't really read the FCBD issue but I generally knew what happened in it so I wasn't entirely lost. Safe to say I thought this was great. I'm just....Happy that Coates isn't dodging the fact that Secret Empire happen like most of Legacy did since I do feel there's a lot to explore after such a controversial event hit the MU. No more SHIELD, the government forcing to take in Thadeus Ross & Strucker due to their (offscreen) rolls in Hydra's downfall, Steve having to deal with the fallout of Stevil. If there's only one gripe I have it's Bucky usage here. I don't know Bucky these days I think works better in the shadows instead of being in the open like this. Hopefully as the book progress Steve & Sam can reconcile but as of now I'm down on this.
Batman: & then there's this......Honestly I liked it. I still wanna see where King is going after the reveal but damn there's gonna be a lot of pissed off folk.
Man of Steel: So Jon & Lois ultimately take roadtrip with Pappy-Jor-El. Eh that's fine. Honestly as annoyed I am with it I think Bendis made the right call removing Lois & Jon from the board, Let him work out his kinks in finding his voice for Superman & Clark Kent the reporter before tackling the family dynamic. I mean after what happened with Damian last week this is a godsend for one of the Super-Sons. All in all though Bendis's MoS was pretty good. A few nitpicks here & once again I find myself vastly uninterested in his Original Villains but all things consider I think he did alright with Superman. I'm now looking forward to Action Comics & Superman.....At least for the first few years anyway.
Astonishing X-men: Hooray for new creative team. Mathew Rosenberg continues being one of the saviors for the X-titles as now we explore Havok's return to the side of good with....Less than warm welcomes from folks, Kinda dickish but I guess when people forget a terrible event that caused you to be evil I can't really get mad at them. On the plus side Havok's not the only X-men to return as Banshee's back!
Death of the Inhumans: I kinda cover this one with the death toll (though it's been added now after this issue) but man is this bleak. I mean in a good way Donny Cates I'm consider a new powerhouse writer as he does make things feel grand in his books. Doubtful we'll get the more comical parts from his book but So far this is turning out really good. Bonus point for remembering BB's development from his ongoing.
Infinity Countdown: The Champions: Alas poor Sam. The Nova Corp jacked his helmet forcing him into retirement. Hopefully there will be future plans for him since he a character deserving of the same treatment Kamala & Miles get, I wanna see him reunite with his dad, & of course I don't want the annoying neckbeard Richard Rider bros to win. On the plus side Riri got her ego knocked down a few pegs after thinking she could take on Thanos....Dumbass.

The Spencer era of ASM begins next week, here's the preview www.cbr.com/amazing-spider-man-1-preview/It appears there's a reason the heroes are annoyed at Spidey when he swings in to offer assistance against the alien invaders. To find out what, we go back in time to a few weeks ago when Peter answers a police bulletin regarding a robbery. He arrives only to find the robbers were expecting him
