Nightwing yesterday was an all splash-page bonanza, only it wasn't much of anything other than a light-hearted rescue mission as Dick and Babs tried to retrieve their puppy.
Ram V wrapped up his run on Catwoman, and further demonstrates how pointless the Alleytown phase was for Selina. This title has had no luck with writers lately, it isn't doing anything new and a lot mor could have been achieved if they'd actually had her marry Bruce and stuck by his side
Tom King's Batman/Catwoman continues to be three pretty vauge stories in one...and now King's revealed Andrea kidnapped the child who would become her late son, and spends the whole issue being choked by The Joker. Elderly Selina shares drinks with Penguin but Helena confronts her.

Justice League Infinite continues as JI deal with Darkseid on Two fronts. The half at the House of Heroes fighting Apokolips forces (alongside Orion) while the other half taking a trip to Vertigo Earth to piece together on Darkseid current location. They find him & are about to seal a tear when....-sigh-The BatWOMAN who Laughs interferes (ok it's not as bad as I'm making it sound). Batwoman who Laughs is teleported to House of Heroes where Dino-Cop decides to self destruct the place all the while The other half are now scattered on different earths.

I like Chris art. As for Hickman to take asm I can't really see him wanting to do spidey. But would give him a chance.

I like Chris art. As for Hickman to take asm I can't really see him wanting to do spidey. But would give him a chance. Well it's not like he hasn't written Spidey before. He was a major character in his F4 run & too lesser extent Secret Wars & for the most part he "gets" him. It's just with how Hickman work is with these heavy cosmic stories like F4 or Avengers or X-men or even Secret Warriors to an extent so he's a bit over qualified to do the "Friendly Neighborhood" hero (even if Spider-verse kicked that door open for Spidey to do cosmic stuff). |
