Episode 4 was pretty interestijg. First I was a bit surprise to see what I thought would be a secret lab ends up being a place every one knows. The whole thing with using the creature to power the new drive was interesting.
As for episode 5 last night was a solid episode. A nice build up on local. Plus it was cool to see Harry Mudd character. I like the story about the drive harming the creature and them trying to figure a way around it. Sanu, in command was nice to see and I liked seeing a nod to poke and archer on great captains. Overall a good episode.

Finished watching this week episode a few hrs ago. A solid Lorca, and michael/sarek episode. I liked that Michael wanted to help her mwntir/father figure. It was also nice to learn a bit on Amanda and getting both a enterprise and a spock name drop. Also Lorca and his demons are catching up with him. And that admiral chock knows that he is really messed up. Overall still good episode.

tonight episode was pretty good. And a totally staple type episode of trek. I always love time travel, time loop, different dimension episodes in trek. Also it was fun to see mudd back again. Plus see him getting away from the klingons and wanting to screw over the federation. As for the engineer being the one knowing of the time loop was a good twist vs the captain, or one of the other main leads. I also enjoyed getting to see a new side of michael and see she trying to do things better. Plus her and the lt guy getting closer to each other. I did like how they stopped mudd, and the preview for next episode looks to also be a good one.

well last night episode was an interesting one. The living planet and the energy aliens where a cool type of story and what not. I liked the drama the caused with affecting the commander guy. And was nice to see michael and the lt guy relationship still growing. The Klingon subplot with the one wanting to switch sides was interesting aspect to. Which didnt work out for her or the starfleet admiral. Next week looks to be a good mid season finale.

Boy what an intense episode tonight for discovery. I liked how they out smarter the king on cloak. And boy the king on and Tyler reveal interesting. And the continue subplot of the jumps harming Paul moving nice. I did like they saved the admiral lady too and stopped kol. Curious to see where second half goes.

Any one check out last night return. I thought it was a solid return from break. And great set up for there mirror universe arch. I love how they took bits of stuff from enterprise mirror universe episodes. Along with original trek that both ships switched places. Also looks like that theory about Taylor is true. And holy crap, with what happen with doctor.
