I echo your sentiments about Meh! This episode felt lackluster. Yet, I don't share your opinion in Decade being more fun than Zi-O. Zi-O is in a rollercoast of quality, right now, some episodes better than others. But is 200% more fun than Decade. Well, except for Ryuki tribute episodes, they looked like they made tribute Ryuki plus Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney at the same time. It was hilarious, hilariously bad. Like the toku version of the Room, not the Brie Larson movie. The Tommy Wiseau's the Room.
No, I don't want Toshiki Inoue in anything Kamen Rider again. He dropped the ball most of the time, his dramatism is absurd, his movies are always out of continuity, and his finales are meh. "Daddy, look, Neo-Fangires!!!" sums everything in his writing.
So, if Inoue gonna made one episode, fine. Like the Gokaiger tribute to Jetman. Good, on point. But never, ever give him again a show.

Any ideas about who's the "one clad in azure descending on the field of gold"? This event is recorded in Black Woz's book and apparently has something to do with the Day of Oma.

I gonna say, Trinity looks... rather goofy with the Geiz and Woz masks as his shoulder pads and the multi-coloured face plate and Woz's Ginga form is looking rather distracting with the planets covering his entire torso and the two UFOs on his shoulders but man, does that Grand Zi-O look very... marvellous!  |

They should put Geiz and Woz on the Saikyo Gilade and rename Trinity as Zi-O Tri-max Form. Get it?
I love the design of Grand Zi-O, it's like Decade Complete and Ghost Heisei except cooler with the 20 Heisei Riders in their signature poses! I guess this means an event is coming that will contradict both futures.

So Another Zi-O exists and has the ability to henshin in to defeated Another Riders. He must be attacking them to steal their powers the same way Sougo borrows powers from the authentic riders. Interesting how his year is 2009 instead of 2018 and Sougo's powers aren't negated. In 2009, he would've been 9 years old, possibly when his recurring childhood vision started.
We should speculate about this.
Could Another Zi-O's identity be the guy who told him to be a king? Could it be an alternate version of Sougo destined to become Oma Zi-O? Could it be a Worm? Could it be Sougo's father of whom we know nothing? Could it be Narutaki from Decade? Could it be the next reincarnation of Shocker's Great Leader?
What do you guys think, whose face is behind the mask of the mysterious Another Zi-O?

Looks like Geiz Revive had two modes, and the Ride Watch looks like an hourglass. I wonder if the switch between the two modes is flipping the Ride Watch upside down.
