Just got home from seeing the film. My first film in theaters since last march. I really enjoyed the film. It was nice to see a side adventure with nat between civil war and infinity war. It was fun seeing more of her past and how things where for her when she went on the run.
The acting was solid throughout and solid story too. I thought the action scenes where great and we had some funny moments here and there. I was only a little mad with taskmaster reveal didn't want them to do that with character. But story wise did work. And like the credit scenes. And how the second one tied into upcoming Disney plus shows.

Finished it an hour or so ago. Thought it was unremarkable, but a decent action romp. Natahsa has a dark and complex backstory and it was kind of trivialized in favour of more unfunny MCU gags.

Just got back from seeing it. I thought it was fine. Not great, not amazing. Just....fine. I liked the dynamic between Nat and Yelena, and Taskmaster's DESIGN was fine, but the reveal was kind of stupid. Not going in my top 10 favorite MCU films but it was something.
Still stand by the fact this should have been in production and released after Civil War. Either before Homecoming or before Doctor Strange.

I thought the film was good, nothing groundbreaking for the MCU but it was alright.
My one complaint was it felt like Red Guardian actually didn’t have any role in the plot lol. Like if they just changed it so Nat and Yelena tracked Melina down thenselves they could lift him right out and nothing else about the plot would really be different.
