Awesome news. I am looking forward to this release as I can not only rewatch this series, but also watch it with better quality subs and better picture quality as well.

They better give us better quality with the pictures and the subtitles with Hurricaneger, because I am getting sick and tired of watching HK subs butchering another Tokusatsu series with cheap, terrible yellow texts and bad translation skills. The only downside is that Shout! Factory hasn't asked for Toei to acquire the licensing rights to release Hurricanger the Movie outside of Japan. But, that's about it.

No! where's the Green Ranger? not on the cover I imagine the green ranger is probably on the back cover. Timeranger is the only DVD set that had the 6th ranger on the front cover...the others that did not (Zyuranger, Dairanger, Ohranger, Megaranger, and Gaoranger and now Hurricanger). Not sure why Timeranger was an exception though to include TImeFire on the cover with the core 5. I don't think Shout! Factory will do that often for the others that have yet to come to DVD. |

^@mr. Blue, actually, Dairanger did have its Sixth Ranger on the cover. You may not have remember it due to both that set and Zyuranger didn't have the Rangers in their suits like Kakuranger onwards did.

With Doctor Who out of the way I can start at Jet Man and work forward. It will be interesting to see what did not make it into Ninja Storm. Ninja Storm was cool to watch but goofy.

My friend, you have no idea how much difference there is between Ninja Storm and Hurricanger. I mean, a lot of difference between the two shows. |

Car Ranger on order today. Having seen US Turbo anything I need to know other than White and Black Rangers? This will be my first time to see it.

Carranger does not have a Black Ranger. If you are referring to the Phantom Ranger, he wasn't consider a Black Ranger and only appeared a couple of times at random. And, the white one there wasn't one in Turbo and the one in Carranger is not even really a Ranger to begin with.

They haven't announced it yet. If, it follows the last several times, we should know word about them releasing Abaranger about a week or two before Hurricanger is released and will most like be a Summer release.
