Ah OK thanks dark. At this rate with it passing in most countries it's more then likely going to be a lock every where else with probably minor changes like in the EU and all.

Well with China a lock now. It's more then likely will be finalized in what ever remaining countries they need.

Next is Brazil that Disney & Fox need approval even though it's not one of the major regulators since Disney got the major approvals.

MOSCOW, December 5th. / TASS /. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation approved a deal to purchase The Walt Disney Company assets 21st Century Fox. This Tass reported in the press service of the Russian department. “The Federal Antimonopoly Service reports that it has made a decision to grant the petition of TVDK Holdko 613 Corp., which is a member of the Disney group of persons, to acquire rights to determine the business environment of Fox Network Group, LLC Twentieth Century Fox CIS, Mayspace LLC, News Media LLC, White Media JSC, Twentyes Century Fox International Television, Inc. As the corporation acquired rights, in particular, to Russian societies, this application was considered by the Office ", - reported in the FAS.

In end like in eu Disney probably will just end up selling sports channels to other companies so they pass there. Which probably wouldn't be a issue.

ya seems to be the common issue in the problem nations. Which will likely be dealt with disney selling off x sports networks to other companies.
