Well it has to pass the sky shareholders and then regulators to fully pass. But we will see if Comcast gets it. As disney/fox still had like 39% share of it before sales. So that is another question if Comcast gets rest of sky what will disney do with the share they got from fox.

So far United States, and India approved.

Dark even though Disney has lots and lots of money to spare. It's universal that doesn't want to sell the distribution rights of the hulk back to marvel/disney. Again even if disney/fox shares of sky go to comcast. And they both get x amount of money off sky. It's still not going to get them the distribution rights of the hulk from universal. And I don't marvel even really cares for it right now. As they have loophole if hulk characters show up in other places.

Like article says I doubt we see xmen or ff any time soon in mcu. Like article says fox and Disney will still be releasing the two xmen films next year. On top of I am sure marvel writers haven't come up with how they are going to being in mutants and the ff to the mcu continuity yet. Ff more easier like spider mutants that is harder one to see how they go about that and have humanity Haye mutants but love avengers and all that. Plus I am sure marvel likely will want to wait a few years after 2019 to have audience time pass enough from fox xmen to a mcu xmen. We will likely see ff brought in proper to mcu first as by time of a ff film if in 2020 or 2021 been more then 5 years break since 2015 bomb.

Ya they just have you pass rights off there to others. No different then some of the other things they have to do in the eu.
