It seems these are the factors why Power Rangers Ninja Steel getting low TV ratings aside from the rise of net streaming around the world, how low can Power Rangers Ninja Steel go if these complaints from the netizens will continue on?.

Skipping a series and plot really not the dam reason for ratings. The main issue for the show is way nick schedules the show and long breaks. That just kills the flow of show and folks may forget it on and that can affect things too.
Again ratings for nick let alone many networks are down across the board. It's not like old days when there was no dvr and tivo and not hundreds of channels there is now.
Most shows more so looking at nick, cn, Disney for example are only pulling a couple million viewers if that for live viewers. Live viewers are also not the be all ratings deal any more. As there is +3, +7 numbers that get factored in. Let alone official download or streaming of shows. It's just the way of TV viewing habits are now. Not every one watch shows live any more.

I'm still amused how a lot of people keep calling foul for skipping TQGer. Don't get me wrong, it' s a good series, with good characters and cool villians. The plot is awesome. Buuuuuuut the designs are atrocious, and Í mean suits, Giant Robos, Power Up... it' s where it counts more. I don't think Saban's people were wrong when they skipped TQGer. Ninjas are more marketable. And Í don't think that adapting TQGer the series gonna get better ratings. Changing cast is a Staple for years in Power Rangers, so I don't think it's the cause. Poor plot? Well, it's probably one of the causes. Í seriously start thinking that right now PR don't have the ambition that use to have. In Space, Lost Galaxy, Time Force (even if they adapted too close to the Sentai material), even Wild Force or Disney series as SPD or Dino Thunder, had stakes, and ambition. I felt Dino Charge was in a right place, because it was ambitious to tell the Story (even if the finale it's so mind boggling). Ninja Steel started great but it becoming more and more stuck in "a safe place". The last episodes are like this: the election episode, the Red bot episode...they are good episodes, but nothing too different we watched it in past Seasons. Sorry for the long post.

Two of those three things have absolutely nothing to do with low rating and it’s asinine to think they do.
Poor schedule pacing and Power Rangers just being overshadowed by cooler super heroes more likely have more to do with it than anything.
Six year olds don’t care that a Sentai got skipped or that the yellow ranger was recast. Things they’re probably not even aware of.

+whining fam who isn't getting what they want.
In all reality, it is Nick's scheduling.

Ya that is my biggest issue with nick the dam way they schedule pretty much any of the shows they air. Let alone the stupid 2 yr format. I still see no reason why we couldn't have stayed the 1 yr 32 to 38 episode deal. Nick have had shows that seasons had more then 20 episodes in the past. Then the other factor is really if you where the nick programers wouldn't you want a show you could air new episodes pretty much all year long. Then being on hiatus all the time. Then the issue is nicks dam long breaks for shows. No reason. Mid breaks have to be 4 to 5 months. When most other networks a mid break is 1 to 3 months max.

The reason why Ninja Steel is suffering from low ratings isn't because of the casting changes or the fact that they have skipped over Toqger, aj0905. It those stupid five-month hiatus breaks and Nickelodeon's schedule as a TV network is what killing the show, in general. That is why Ninja Steel is suffering from low rating. Besides, even if Toqger was to be adapted into Power Rangers, it would still have the same problems as Ninja Steel is having today all because of Nickelodeon's poor business decisions in having long five-month breaks, bad TV schedules and their stupid policy in every show needing to be 20 episodes a year as oppposed to 32-40 episodes a year back in the past.

I would really love to know what is in the minds of the nick programmers heads with episode count and long breaks.

They don't care... It's not like Power Rangers did any better elsewhere in rating's..etc
I would blame the lack of interesting plots since the past few seasons has become mehh but the sentai was also very boring so i am not blaming anyone for not tuning in

Some of the netizens were praised Korean dubbers that they did not skip any sentai season unlike Saban. I think there is an handful of viewers doesn't want change and still stick with traditional format or stick to the original one.

^Um, do you have proof of that Korean dubbers didn't skip a Sentai season? Cause, the only sole reason they did Dino Brave was because they didn't do Ninninger as I believe Ninja stuff is still banned in Korea.

Thing is though, with the hiatus, didn't shows like Dino Charge recover from the hiatus? Why isn't Ninja Steel? A couple of things come to mind. - Bad, dumbed-down writing. There are far superior shows on kids television than PR who seems to be aiming for lower than preschool.
- Bad action scenes. While young kids don't care too much about stories when it comes to action shows, the action scenes are incredibly lacking. They're incredibly clean and quick and don't feature any excitement. That's gonna tune out audiences that love action shows. I mean look at this and look at Ninja Steels.
- Which looks interesting and exciting?
- Hiatus obviously.
- Nothing interesting coming out of the show. You've got a rehash of a past season (a season that just ended, so good job, Chip, Barnes and Dale for not having any creativity!). Kids want something new, Ninja Steel isn't giving it.
Some of the netizens were praised Korean dubbers that they did not skip any sentai season unlike Saban. I think there is an handful of viewers doesn't want change and still stick with traditional format or stick to the original one. They aired Gaoranger twice, one in Shinkenger's place as Korea and Japan has beef so. I don't know if they skipped Ninninger or not.

Again skipping a show or cast changes are not the factors in ratings. It's the why show is scheduled and then long breaks. Then also like I and others have pointed out today's age live viewers are not the be all end all deal for shows. As there delayed viewing numbers plus streaming and downloading of shows that are factored in. Plus the whole Neilson ratings really need a modern revamp cause even if a show is rated at say 2 mill viewers that isn't the true number of viewers. It's just the number of Neilson rated viewers.
