"Not so fast!" Lalah leaped forward to block Calen's way. Then she delivered a series of forward strikes with her Tricera Drill to Calen in hopes to stop him from getting to Dragonis.

Even with his added focus, Leon missed the shot on Calen's ankle. Luckily, Lalah was there to have his back. When she launched her flurry of attacks, he tried to block but was sent back from the force of the Tricera Drill. After performing a kip up, Calen came around to Lalah's left, tripping her with a low leg sweep, followed by a blast directly to her face.

"Back off, asshole!" Leon said finally free of the cobwebs as he comes up from behind and using his Raptor Slasher, attacks Calen in the head and neck with force to hopefully return the receipt of being loopy.

Calen side stepped the attack from Leon when he heard him shout. He turned to blast the Green Ranger in the face as he did the Pink one but Mateo rushed in, prompting Calen to halt his attack again. The Red Ranger went in swinging with power shots to which the armored traveler managed to avoid before punching Mateo in the gut, sending him stumbling back in Leon's direction. Still, with this flurry, Calen hadn't noticed Samara and Ledger who for some strange reason, hadn't engaged him yet.

Samara and Ledger looked at each other and nodded, rushing in together. Samara opened fire while Ledger used her as a spring, twisting in the air and slamming his shield into Calen's shoulder. Samara ran in and slid, driving a kick into the traveler's leg, hoping to catch him off balance. Ledger spun and slammed his shield into Calen's side, following the Black Ranger to send Calen toppling.

Calen blasted the ground beneath him to propel himself up to stop himself from toppling too much after the Black and Blue Rangers finally decided to join the party. Knowing that he was running out of time, Calen launched himself forward, grabbing Ledger by the back of the neck and slammed him face first into the ground. To add insult to injury, he used the Blue Ranger's back like a step ladder and jumped up nailing a spin kick onto Samara with so much force that the torque would have broken her neck had it not been for her powers.
Before any of them could counter attack, Calen unleashed a large burst of energy, sending all five Rangers flying, nearly knocking them off of the roof.
"Ugh!" Mateo groaned as he was slow to sit up. "I guess this is what being good samaritans gets us!" He said, seeing Calen with a clear path to Dragonis who was powering up to blast that school and the Aura Strikers away. Unfortunately after that last attack, the Rangers may not be fast enough to cut Calen off again.

"Ugh!" Mateo groaned as he was slow to sit up. "I guess this is what being good samaritans gets us!" He said, seeing Calen with a clear path to Dragonis who was powering up to blast that school and the Aura Strikers away. Unfortunately after that last attack, the Rangers may not be fast enough to cut Calen off again.
Ledger groaned as he got to a knee, wincing as he grabbed his Shield. "Oh...that was fun," he said. He shook his head out, trying to get his bearings.
Samara winced and coughed, struggling to get up. She grabbed her Chopper, holding her side. "Has...to be somethin' we can do," she said. "We can't let the bastard do what he wants. We....fuck, have to make sure Dragonis wins. I hate sayin' it...still ain't right."
The Blue Ranger looked around for any solution. His eyes landed on their five weapons. "Hey, boss. These things do anything else?" he asked, holding up his Shield.

"As a matter of fact, they do!" Mateo got to thinking, remembering what these weapons could do. "Guys, let's put em together! We can still win this!" The Red Ranger shouted, holding out his Smasher.

Lalah gritted her teeth painfully, refusing to cry out as she rolled to her stomach. Seconds later, she picked up her Tricera Drill while she gingerly stood to her feet. "You got it, Mateo!" She exclaimed, preparing her weapon for something huge.

Samara and Ledger nodded, holding up their respective weapons. "Honestly, I was only joking," the Blue Ranger laughed. "Let's fuckin' GOOO!"

Leon nodded in agreement and handed over his Raptor Slasher to combine to make a better weapon. "We are running out of time. We gotta stop him now." Leon stated.

"Thanks for stating the obvious, buddy." Mateo said to Leon, being somewhat sarcastic. The Rangers put their weapons together. "CHRONO SPIKE!" Mateo held the large weapon in his hands. The other Rangers launched Mateo in the air, allowing him a great view of Calen set to take Dragonis' head who was focused on firing at the school. "LAUNCH!" The Red Ranger threw the Chrono Spike. Just before it could make contact, an explosion rocked the area. When things began to settle, Dragonis and by proxy, the Rangers succeeded after Zen City High was blown to smithereens. As for Calen, there was a hole in his midsection with it being filled by the mass of the Chrono Spike. "We...did it." Mateo looked on with his body language making it obvious that this was a mission he wasn't happy for the team to have succeeded in. |

"I'm glad we won, but at what cost." Lalah spoke somberly. Even though she and her teammates managed to stop Calen, the end result for allowing Dragonis to live happened.

Ledger looked away, laying eyes on the destruction. "We were part of this...I feel sick..."
Samara put her hand on the Blue Ranger's shoulder lightly, knowing no words could comfort them right now. "We oughta run. Ain't no tellin' what'll show up next. We can't risk us bein' seen."

"We can't run yet." Mateo pulled the Chrono Spike out of Calen with it vanishing soon after. He looked down at the traveler, almost apologetic after what the team had to do.
Dragonis laughed, feeling triumphant after his historic actions. "Now to go and reclaim my power!" He was prepared to go to the rubble and collect the powers he created for the Green Ranger. Before he could, he heard a weapon charge up. When he turned his head to see the cause, he saw that it was Mateo who had his Storm Morpher pointed at the immortal's head and was very tempted to say 'screw it'.
