Time Force Delta Squad: Trapped (S2 Game)

Once Cody helps Kari up and leave her to Tan's care, he sways a little until Alluka catches him. "Thanks Luka."

"No problem." Alluka acknowledges with a genuine smile. While she only has bruises, she does know some of her teammates are more injured than herself. "Understood." She replies to Tanjiro as she leads Cody back inside the Headquarters.

"Sorry guys." Kari said with a nod to the new red ranger as he took her. "I don't feel so good. I really thought I had that bastard." She said with a pained laugh.

"You think you're the only one? That bastard, Crimson Bolt insulted me. I won't let him get away with that... ow...," Sojiro said as he felt the pain from the slam inflicted by Crimson Bolt.

With tensiosns high between the Rangers thanks to the new enemy and a little rust from the four now veteran Rangers, everyone made their way back inside. Once Kari was patched up, Commander Scotts made her way to the Pink Ranger's room where the five Rangers were gathered, all of htem in various bandages for their injuries.

"I wish i had good news, Rangers," she said. "The attack was a distraction. The last man to arrive, Drakis, infiltrated our systems. He downloaded the code that we use to authorize time travel. He snuck through the firewalls and encryptions, security measures, everything. We don't know how, but we know he's got them. And I'll bet he's already installed them on that massive ship and they're in Time somehwere."

"So let's go after them," Tan said. "They attacked us. They put Kari in the hospital. They killed K'hysh. We're not sitting on our hands while they get away with this."

"No, you're not," Jen said. "I've already authorized the Waverunner to be reinstated, Circuit Three on board as well. Once you're cleared, you'll be pursuing the Epsilon Battalion through time, apprehending them and bringing them to justice. Once they're all defeated, they'll be frozen and shrunken, transported to Norios Prison."

"That means we'll have to wait for days before we use the Waverunner." Cody lets out a sigh as he rubs his fingers against his neck, his old habit creeping up on him.

Pursing her lips in a thin line, Alluka has her hands on her hips. "Patience is not my best suit, but what else can we do." She says out of disappointment until she turns to her boyfriend. "On a plus side, you can spend time with Rolo a bit more."

"Yeah." Cody nods slightly even though he thinks otherwise. As much as he has fondness over his newly reunited nephew, he doesn't know what arrangements he'll must work with since he and Alluka will leave for longer periods of time. All he can do is to fix one problem at the time.


Sojiro sighed, "At least for me, I still have some things I need to know about my Argonite heritage. I still need to talk to my old man about it," he said, folding his arms.

Kari looked at her friends after she had been tended too by the medical staff. When Jen entered, she knew right away things were going to be rough no matter what. Hearing they would be jumping through time again, she sighed. "So, we go on the time run again. Cool. I can't promise to hold my punches, but I'll do my best." She said knowing the chance she had to kill Stolkan, she absolutely would be taking it.

She looked to Sojiro, raising an eyebrow. "Sojiro, you've had your new abilities a while and plenty of time to talk to your father. Why did you wait so long?" she asked. "This new mission is going to take you all away from Time Force for a significant amount of time. You should have talked to him months ago."

Sojiro sighed, "I did, Commander. Even after we weren't doing any missions and he wouldn't answer every time I asked him. I'm not the type of guy who would just ignore what's important to me. Every time I brought up what he knew, he would evade the questions and would remind me about his family. My paternal side. But even when he revealed our heritage to me, there were parts of the story he left out and I think he's not being fair. He's hiding parts that I need to know, parts that will help me understand more," he said, looking Jen in the eyes.
