The other thing I was surprised with all the renewals, canning, and new shows that was picked up Thurs and fri. I was surprised we didn't get word of show pick up before last night episode. So if it is end we can get the promote the end. Vs it's a normal season finale.

every pro has a con and unfortunately the pro AoS gets a sixth season the con is it's only getting 13 episodes.

Woot Glad will get a 6th season. Sucky for a shorter length but hopefully we get some good episodes for it. Or if episodes do well maybe add more. Hopefully it will move out of Fri for a better day. Can't wait to see what an says on that for there upfront tomorrow.

It doesn't matter at this point. The fans won. Fact is when it was Alias vs. ABC we fans weren't even given that. This is a victory despite the less episode order. Clark Gregg is already hinting that one of the finale's deaths might not be Coulson after all. If I am right 6 will be a lot better than we think. Either way, we won. I was part of the Twitter campaign as I admitted in my earlier post.

Deaths likely be talbot and the black alien guy. And coulson, likely gets the treatment that saves his life and get gets some powers to boot.

Promo said two of their own wouldn't come out. I am betting its going to be Yo-Yo and Mack. They won't risk killing off their original 3 leads. Not now since they got picked up for season 6. If they kill off Coulson, May will step up and play over-protective mother even more to Daisy. Both will be shaken to the core. For the past five years, Coulson has served as Daisy's foster dad so its obvious.

Not to mention they won't kill Fitzsimmons. The fans would turn on the writers and producers in an instant, and let's not forget at the 100th episode screening. They held a Q&A where one of the producers said and I quote, "Deke is a promise that their legacy will continue on." So I think Leo and Jemma are safe. (watch them get killed just because I said that)

It would be sad to see any of the core go. But I still bet it be talbot and the aliens. Then maybe some of those no name folks like piper if the episode ends post wakanda part of infinity war they turn tondust. But I bet they won't do that just cause it be easier to sweep general population gone then team folks. As we don't know how avengers 4 will bring folks back.

I for one think a shorter season is a good thing. This second 'pod' has been too long and meandering this season, which I think is why we've gotten such ridiculous infighting plots to try and pad it out. The highly acclaimed Season 4 kept everything brisk and concise, which they'll be forced to do once again.
My biggest question now is when they're going to air it. Before Avengers 4? After? Overlapping?

I know not many are real big JJ fans but I have to say he was huge in my eyes due to his creating my last fave show. I believe him and Joss are in the same high category as far as production companies go. With Joss I believe this show has a lot more stories to tell which is why I helped out with the Twitter campaign. Didn't hurt that Fury made a few appearances in episodes either. LOL
With that said, I will be heartbroken if any of the original core characters are killed off. I am sure a lot of the other fans feel the same way. I was crushed when Ward turned out to be a double agent for HYDRA.

My guess they would likely do a spilt season air like 6 in fall and go on break come back spring for back half. Or they do what they did this year and start Dec and run to april/may. I am sure we will hear some details some time tomorrow during ABC upfronts.
