Jaxon was getting back from his run and decided to stop at the gym. He knew that would be the first place to find Kida and the rest of the girls. When he walked in he noticed the girls were about to get ready to have a threeway spar but after evaluating the body language of Kida, JT, excluding Mayumi, he could tell things were tense like but not as it was from last time... "Alright, my ears are ringing...JT, you been talking about me again haven't you?" Jaxon said playfully to JT as he stuck his finger in his ear to give it a proverbial "Scratching of an itch".

"I'm sure she is, given all that you've been through." JT spoke sincerely, resting a hand on Mayumi's shoulder. "But what's the deal with Proto? How bad was this guy? I hear you and Aaron bring him up a lot."

When he walked in he noticed the girls were about to get ready to have a threeway spar but after evaluating the body language of Kida, JT, and Rina excluding Mayumi, he could tell things were tense like but not as it was from last time... "Alright, my ears are ringing...JT, you been talking about me again haven't you?" Jaxon said playfully to JT as he stuck his finger in his ear to give it a proverbial "Scratching of an itch".
"He wasn't great," Mayumi said, looking at JT with a sad smile. "Came from a different dimension where a lot of us where the same and everything was pretty much the same, but he wanted to be the only one of his name to be in the multiverse." She knew she was about to lie, and she had good reason. "We never found out who was under the mask. Orochimaru kept us from getting to that point."
Kida looked over at Jaxon. "Just talking shit," she said with a smirk. "Normal girl talk kinda thing."

"You know where to find me if you want to talk," Jameson siad. "About anything, alright? I don't sleep mcuh, so I'm usually awake all hours. You need anything, hit me up."
"I'll hold you to that." Aaron smile softly. "And thanks man. I mean it."
Jameson smiled and nodded. "No problem. Y'all are my team, and I got to look out for you. esides, listening to Mayumi, I might have a better understanding of what's going on then you know. There's things she says that she doesn't realize, and none of the others have picked up on it, but I have. It's the way she talks to you that I focus on."

"Right. Talk that doesn't involve you, Gramps!" JT jokingly shot back at the Blue Ranger while acknowledging his presence. But it was Mayumi's explanation of Proto that seemed odd. While her explanation was bad, it didn't seem to mesh with out both her and Aaron's demeanors visibly change when he is ever brought up in conversation. While she doesn't directly remember them saying it, she was under the impression that they beat Orochimaru as well. She knew something was off but opted not to pry unless there was something concrete to go off of.
"That sucks! Maybe y'all can put that mystery to bed when we all go back to our worlds."

"Is that so?" Aaron raised an eyebrow. "Well I do have that effect on people." He said in a more Aaron-like fashion. "I guess it's just a comfort level. I'm sure she doesn't mean any harm by it but after what happened with her family, her circle got really small, really quickly."

"Gramps? You keep calling me that and I'm gonna wring your neck good! Better hope when your mom and dad have couples night and leave you with Nolan that it'll be me and him taking you to chuck 'e' cheese and let you run wild. Keep talking..." Jaxon said with a laugh.

"Hopefully," Mayumi said with a bit of a smile. "I just hope that when you guys win, things go back to how they should be. I can't wait to get home to see my friends. I think out of all of them, I miss Kumiko most. She was like the sister I always wanted, but was stuck with two older brothers. One of whom decided to cheat in his Chuunin exam and disgraced our entire family before he went running. Then the bastard kidnapped and killed our mother."
"Shit," Kida said, reaching over and squeezing Mayumi's arm. "I'm sorry."
"S'ok...I got him," Mayumi said, her eyes hardening. "Paralyzed the rat."

"Least her mother didn't sell out humanity for a peice of power and then rip her heart out of her chest." He rubbed his own chest where the scarring still sat as a reminder of his own death, and he shrugged.

"They actually leave me with Uncle Memphis and Auntie Rachel, so I'm good." JT stuck her tongue out in jest. She turned her attention back to Mayumi and Kida. Up to this point, she didn't have any deep family betrayals, so it was harder to sympathize but she could empathize with the former White Ranger finally receiving her due by taking down her offending brother. "I've seen enough to know that we'll eventually get back home so we can all see our friends and family. Now, are you ladies still up for a good spar? Some early exercise would be fun." She stepped back, getting a few more stretches in.

Rina looked around as she sat in the ramon shop, sighing softly as she flipped through photos on her phone and closed it with a clap, stuffing it in her pocket and looking up as her order was brought out. “Arigato.” she said softly, grabbing the chopsticks.

She turned her attention back to Mayumi and Kida. Kida's jaw fell open and she turned to the former White Ranger. "Listen here, shorty. I'll take that old woman crap out of one teeny bopper Ranger, but not outta two. Just for that, I'm kicking your ass."
"Oh, she talks a big game," Mayumi grinned. "Senile in her old age, ain't she, JT?"

"Very!" JT grinned as she responded to Mayumi. "We want to be careful though. We can't have her throwing her back out." She said as she cracked her knuckles.

Kida rolled her eyes. "Honestly, getting breast implants at twenty and having three kids, I'm surprised i haven't thrown my back out!" she said with a laugh, bobbing on her feet. "I'll show you two whippersnappers old woman." She leapt forward and tackled Mayumi, flipping over the White Rnager and knocking the younger woman to the ground. "Stand your ground, Shinobi!"
Mayumi flipped up and tried to spinkick Kida's head, but the Red Ranger caught her leg and dropped her to the ground. "Fuck!"
"Eyes in teh back of my head," Kida grinned.

He sighed, looking out at the city. "Sure you two would get along like an ember in a dry field. Both like to joke around but get serious when needed."
He looked at his watch and sighed. "Shit. I gotta get to the Command Center, actually. Finishing up a new Armor Soul," he said. "Who knows, maybe you'll get to try it out first this time." Jameson patted Aaron's shoulder. "Go. Have some fun. I'll see you later, brother."

Ironmoon, having disappeared into the city, looked around for his quarry before he scaled a building, using his inherent ninja skills to his advantage. He stayed in the shadows as much as he could, knowing he'd be able to find the Black Ranger this way at his master's request.

Mayumi flipped up and tried to spin kick Kida's head, but the Red Ranger caught her leg and dropped her to the ground. "Fuck!"
"Eyes in the back of my head," Kida grinned.
Choosing to test that notion, JT went for a leg sweep while Kida was preoccupied with tangling with the wind shinobi.

Jaxon sat back and watch and monitored if need be to spring in and help with first aid or anything. For the moment, all was calm. Everyone happy, well at least for the participants in this room for the most part as he couldn't speak for Rina, Jameson, or Aaron. Jaxon smiled as he continued to watch the girls having a playful spar.

Kida hit the ground with the leg sweep, laughing as she flipped up and looked at JT. "Nice sneak, kid," she said. She swung out and narrowly missed JT's jaw, dropping her shoulder and catching the Pink Ranger's stomach.

Rina looked around as she sat in the ramon shop, sighing softly as she flipped through photos on her phone and closed it with a clap, stuffing it in her pocket and looking up as her order was brought out. “Arigato.” she said softly, grabbing the chopsticks.
Jameson, having left the apartments, found Rina and walked into the ramen shop. He walked over and knocked on the counter beside her. "Room for one more?" he asked with a small smile.

Ironmoon smirked to himself as he watched the Black Ranger take off over the rooftops. "Easily found," he said, taking off to catch up to Aaron. He caught up nad slid to a stop on a rooftop, standing in front of Aaron. "Black Ranger."
