Shaking Rina off, Kida walked off, leaving the others behind her.

"Shit," Rina sighed. She looked at Aaron, Jaxon, and JT, her hands clenched. "Let's get back to Zordon. Maybe...we can figure out what to do next."

"That's probably a good idea." Aaron said in agreement. He placed a hand on Rina's shoulder, squeezing softly. "She'll be okay."

JT said nothing but nodded in agreement. Like Jaxon, JT believed this could have been handled differently and that Kida should have taken more control of this situation from the start but unlike Jaxon, she did get Aaron's way of thinking. With any opponent, it's one thing to have a summary on them but it's an entirely different ballgame when you actually see what they can do and while she wouldn't admit it out loud, now that they've had a taste of Flaris' power, the next outcome will be very different.

He followed the others in hopes that Zordon or Jameson could set the crew straight, himself included.

The remaining four Rangers teleported back to the Command Center, Jameson looking over as tehy did. "Where's Kida?" he asked.

"She left," Rina said, folding her arms. "She sent Aaron and I to deal with Flaris' fires, while she, Jaxon, and JT dealt with the flaming bitch herself. They all got their butts handed to them and Jaxon criticized Kida for not using the new Soul right out of the gate and making hte fight last thrity seconds."

Jameson sighed, chuckling a bit to himself. "Man...that brings back a memory," he said, folding his arms softly. "Where is she now?"

"Your guess is as good as mine." Jaxon stated as he handed both the red ranger soul and the Pterice Soul to Jameson. Jaxon felt bad for saying what he said but as his time as red ranger, things operated differently. He was used to that and in this case it bit him in the ass. "I'd say more, but I'm just gonna keep my mouth shut from now on." Jaxon stated as he stepped away from the group.

"It's not what you said, it's how you said it. To be honest, you came off like a dick." Aaron folded his arms, leaning against one of the consoles.

JT looked over at Jaxon and back to Aaron before shifting her gaze to Jameson. "We do need to find her though. Flaris is bound to attack again soon and we need her head in the game and with that Pterice Soul."

Jameson sighed, taking the Souls in hand and looking at them. "I'll find her. I know a little about being thrust into the spotlight when you don't really want it. I'll find her and hope for the best. Just wait around here until Flaris comes back."

"Sure thing." JT's response was rather dry as she wasn't a fan of sitting on her hands and waiting around. When Jaxon stepped away, she walked towards Aaron. "Pot and kettle?"

"He's a big boy. He'll be fine." Aaron said in response. "To be honest, it's not him I'm worried about. I just hope Kida can get her head in the game. This may not be the role she wanted but it's the role she has to own... for all of our sakes."

"Sure thing." JT's response was rather dry as she wasn't a fan of sitting on her hands and waiting around. When Jaxon stepped away, she walked towards Aaron. "Pot and kettle?"

"Again, I wasn't trying to be a dick. She asked what was on my mind and I said it and I can't take it back and Jameson's right no one likes to be in the limelight. I didn't when I was red, however I didn't have a choice it was either adapt or get your ass handed to you. Maybe me being a dick and too literal was the reason I'm blue or whatever the case may be." Jaxon said as he looked at everyone and then just shook his head and teleported out of the command center to blow off some steam.

"Jaxon--" Jameson started, sighing as he shook his head. "Yeah, definite Red Ranger vibe with that boy. Alpha?"

Alpha nodded, tapping some buttons on the console, teleporting Jaxon back to them. "Jameson asked you all to stay here. Please respect that order and remain in the Command Center, Jaxon," he said. "It is in everyone's best interest to remain in one place. And as Zordon mentioned the day you received your Souls, these were determined millenia ago, your destined colors. It has nothing to do with attitudes or previous experiances." He got a thought, walking over to Jaxon. "Would you assist me, Jaxon? More SOuls need welding, and I cannot do them all on my own."

Jameson teleported out after Alpha recalled the Blue Ranger, making his way toward town. Tapping the communicator on his wrist, pulling up a tracer and learning Kida's location. He jogged through the streets, coming up on teh Juice Bar before he walked in. He looked around and found the Red Ranger at the punching bag in the corner, the bag swaying from the force of her hits. "You know, it works better when someone's holding the other side."

"Then do it," Kida said, not looking up before she took a drink of water. "What do you want?"

Jameson got beind teh bag and braced it, looking at Kida. "Wanted to talk. Get your headspace. Maybe lend some words of wisdom from one Red Ranger to another."

"Won't work," Kida said. "I ain't going back." She slammed her fist into the bag, making Jameson stumble backward. "Not if Jaxon's going to criticize every little thing I do."

Jameson sighed, shaking his head. "Welcome to being a Red Ranger," he said. "Listen, when I first started out, I doubted myself at every turn. My team was there to back my plays and make sure I knew what I was doing. There were times I doubted the causes we were fighting for, trying to stop a being called the Master from destroying our home. Some of the things I did got me wounded in a myriad of ways, but every time I screwed up or needed something to keep me going, my friends where right there." He stepped out from behind the bag, catching Kida's fist as she swung out. "Whether you like it or not, Kida, you're the Red Ranger. Jaxon and Janelle are former Red that can help you. You told me Rina's your friend, right?"

"Not this Rina," Kida said, pulling her arm back before taking her gloves off. "Different Rina."

"She may not be the same, but she's still Rina. She trusts you. Aaron seems to trust you too. Even Janelle does. It'll take time to earn everyone's trust, but doing so means you'll be the Red Ranger you're destined to be."

Jaxon shook his head at what Alpha had to say. "Yeah, the whole morphing grid chooses and etc. Adam gave me the same message when I was chosen. That's not the part I'm frustrated about but its whatever. I speak my mind and I get the asshole label. Not like I'm not familiar with that territory and yeah, I can do the welding for you. Show me to the tech area. At least it will give me something to focus my irritability on." Jaxon said as he followed Alpha.

Seeing as how what Aaron said didn't seem to be clicking, JT opted to walk over to Jaxon, hoping that things would be better received from a fellow Red and someone from the same dimension, albeit at different points.

"Back so soon?" JT smirked, picking at the Blue Ranger. "Seriously though, I get it. She played it differently than you or I would have in that situation but the delivery was a bit....meh." She said, twisting her hand slightly. Her tone was a bit more hushed as she didn't want to give the resident shinobi the satisfaction. "It could have been better."
