So we are gonna get the Excalibur mode later on, obviously. At least they established that everybody in this show already got a power-up mode. So, this one along with the Dino Knight armor is just gonna start blending in. So, we won't care.

Here's hoping if there is a a season 30 now that they're no longer beholden to Nickelodeons dumbass 20-22 episodes per year rule they can go back to 1 Sentai adaptation per year instead of 2 years and just do 40 episodes in blocks of 4

Or, why not just do what the Ultraman franchise is doing right now with only 25 episodes to air for one season and then move onto the next thing afterwards. I mean, the Ultraman series has managed to tell a complete story with only 18-25 episodes a year instead of 49 or 50 episodes.

Personally I am a fan of 32 to 40 myself. As it gives you more time to develop characters and use more sentai footage. Vs you only doing 18 to 25. There is a lot of footage that has to be drop from use. Or you get a episode that merges 2 to 3 sentai footage into 1 ranger episode. Though there is also the mind set less episodes can have less filler. But that more on story and direction.

They could develop 6 characters in 13 episodes, if they want it. But they have to be skilled writers. The plot is basically the same for every series: Aliens attack, Power Rangers have to protect the Earth. You could add more twists in dynamics and relationship and forget the villians. How they feel if they enter the battle, the motivations for becoming Rangers. Etc. Sometimes filler is good. Sometimes filler is great. Sometimes is just a waste of time.

cross sure they could. But then if you got 48-50 sentai episodes. You have to cut so much stuff. Which sure there is usually tons of stuff that is cut in general. But you would loose alot of footage to play with and stories you could do. Sure its nice to have shorter 13-18 episodes for some of these streaming shows out there. But i just dont think sentai and power rangers is a show that should be that short in a series.

I loved Part 2. Some of the best Power Rangers we've had in years, which I know may not be saying enough but you know what I mean. It wasn't perfect, but I had a ton of fun watching it and it had some really good moments with lore and story and action. The whole final battle scene starting with the megazord fight and ending before the timeskip, that was so well handled.
Really looking forward to Cosmic Fury if this is the kind of stuff they have in store.

Ep. 12: Ultimate Mystery - Holy cow, talk about coming back with a bang. Lokar’s nephew, Beast Morphers crossover, the return of Zedd, more depth on Amelia’s search for her parents. This season suddenly cranked up to eleven.

Just finished episode 12. A real good return episode. I like getting to see general shaw again. Also a little cameo of the gb rangers. It was also cool seeing lothorn and his connection to lokar and early pr. I also enjoyed seeing pop pop again and really getting into more with Amelia past and why she goes after mysteries.
