I don't care if it's a Dragonball Z parody. It was pointless and stupid. Not to mention does absolutely nothing for Hammy's character which as I've now stated is a waste of space. By the way Sailor Moon is overrated

Not every joke or reference needs to do something for the character... it was just a bit.

The whole point of the Moon power is it makes it's user act more cooly, which is how Hammie acted. Also episode summaries:

^True, CD. I wasn't the biggest fan of the moon persona, but I'm not gonna let it ruin my day.
Also good to see no breaks before the finale, I think there were a few times when we thought only 47. Also makes me excited for the 11th when LuPat starts.

By the way Sailor Moon is overrated It's not pointless and stupid for the intended audience; Sailor Moon is a huge classic in Japan and considered the ultimate hero for young girls, so having Hammie reference her makes sense in context. Just because you don't like something doesn't make it totally worthless

^ AbareKiller died as part of a villain redemption for him. The only other Rangers I recall who died and were never antagonists are Beet Buster (Go-Busters), Black Condor (Jetman), Yellow Four I (Bioman), Battle Cossack I (Battle Fever J) and KiRanger II (Goranger.) I'm not counting Utsusemimaru or any other character who was revived right away

Kyuranger must not have been all that great if no one is talking about tonight’s episode

Kyuranger episode 44: "Yay! Mr. Pega is back!", said no one, ever. Yeah, I thought this was a meh episode. A surprisingly meh episode for a show that's almost about to end, but then again, this is Kyuranger, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised.
The Good: Thank god this wasn't a full clip show episode. While the first half is all clip show, the 2nd half is all action, and while I don't love that, I take that over the alternatives, which is either more clip show or more Mr. Pega silliness. I also love the roll call with the power-up forms.
The Bad: Everything with the Don Armage reveal is stupid. The way the reveal was plotted out was awkward. First, last episode, Don Armage brings in Tsurugi to reveal his true identity, but it doesn't really affect the story at all, except to have an extra scene to pad out the episode. It doesn't even seem to affect Tsurugi at all except one shocked look on his face in one scene, then in this episode, Don Armage reveals himself to everyone, and Tsurugi says he didn't want to believe it? This whole reveal was clunky. If that reveal didn't affect Tsurugi's actions or his character, and they were just gonna reveal it to everyone anyway, wouldn't it have made more since just to reveal it to everyone in this episode?
As for Don Armage being Kuervo, just because they telegraphed it with the wings and feathers doesn't mean I have to not think it's stupid. If Don Armage is Kuervo, and not just Kuervo just possessed by Don Armage, then I need more clarification. I also need some explanation for why Kuervo was hanging out with Tsurugi this whole time. I need something to help me connect Don Armage to Kuervo in my mind, or else this reveal will feel pointless. I imagine we're gonna get more explanation in the next episode, but I wish this show didn't leave me hanging.
Next episode: We're nearing the end game. Don Armage is planning on blowing up the earth. Kotaro is meeting up with his brother. Tsurugi is fighting Don Armage. It also looks like the civilians are getting in on the action, which reminds me of the first Spiderman movie. It looks like a good episode.

Anyone else notice that the Super-Sentai.net Kyuranger site hasn't been updated since November??? The last things added were Southern King, the Leo Minor Kyutama & Zord, and the two zord formations.

While still still don't mind Hammie, it's easy to tell that the writers put next to no effort with her character. She's a ninja, who was inspired by a singer, and wants to be a teacher. I mean, at least everyone else's plans for a peaceful universe matched their development.

Does anyone have any idea why Lucky is being gang tackled by the other Kyurangers
