It's possible plus the teaser with all the different logos pretty much hint at it.

Some are hoping the original actor that portrayed him could reprise his role for the sequel.

That would be cool if said actor is still active and all. But more likely they would get some younger newer actor. Or maybe get some big name Asian actor.

Unless his Spider-Man speaks Japanese, and Peni has to translate for everyone or only voice him in the Japanese dub.

Ya we likely get English speaking person. But guy dubbing in Asian releases would be a neat option for those fans.

Huh thought it wouldn’t since it’s animated, and not live action.

Well you got to remember even with it animated there is still a lot of production stuff needing to get done. Like audio recordings, to the animators and what ever else. And also films like this usually take longer then a regular live action movie. Ie live action films usually a year to a year and a half to when filming starts to release. Animated films could take 2 or more years. Plus also like I mention with animators and audio recordings if studios and companies are still on lock down and closed to work in studios. That delays things as work is not happening at all or at a much slower rate remotely. Plus if you read the link it is only delayed from early 2022 to fall 2022. So not really that big of a deal.

True plus they could just record the voices at home. Just a personal opinion.

oh they could as alot of folks have top notch equipment these days. But like i said we dont even know at what stage of production film was at. Then like i said if animators and all that are not working period. Those could be the reasons. Just like all the other sony films that have move dates. And who knows if there will be more date changes.

A perfect example is Disney’s animated shorts of Olaf two people animated the shorts at home, and Josh Gad voices Olaf at home.
