April Columbia is one of the Sony film studios lol. Also we have no clue what is or isn't going to happen. There has been a lot of negative blacklash with sony. Some for marvel too. As we have no clue what the terms and money factors in the renewing really was. Also just like the original deal had ups and downs. It is more then likely not over yet. If a new deal doesn't happen. 3 ways marvel could get spiderman back is 1. Disney buys Sony pictures out. 2. If they buy spiderman rights from sony (as Sony only has film rights. They don't have TV or merchandise rights as they sold that back to marvel in 2011.) 3. If Sony pictures was bought from someone else say apple or Amazon spiderman rights automatically revert to marvel.
Personally I still feel a new deal is more then likely going to happen. It's just going to take awhile to hammer things out to both liking. As its more beneficial for both to work together then not work together. As yes marvel can get around no spider for awhile. It's harder for Sony to cut out all the marvel ties with how so in grain they put spider into the mcu world. For them to try and walk back on that or try to put Holland spiderman into venom movie universe.

Marvel could still use Spider-Man in the MCU via tv shows, and the animated non canon series What-If.

Actually zarius they can. As they own the TV and animated rights. As for the live action disney plus shows no they wouldnt. But could get around it with that cartoon. Also the what if show already been confirmed first season is 23 episodes. 1 for each movie in mcu phase 1 to 3. So there would be at least 2 episodes for solo spiderman movies. Then if spiderman was to be in the episodes for civil war, infinity war, and endgame. Now would they be legally able to have Holland voice him in those. Like the other mcu actors doing characters. That could be a issue with sony. And they may have to use another actor.

In the tv shows they could mention Peter, and what happened to him after the events of Far From Home as for What-If they could have Holland reprise his role or find a voice that sounds similar to Holland.

Again like I mentioned man in love action shows they can't use spiderman on any degree. Animated shows like current shows on Disney xd and the what if is where they can use character. Now if new deal works out or if marvel gets spidey fully then ya full game on.

Live action shows they can't with how things are right now. But also in past when they had things going. Show reference wasn't a load for some reason.

Hope Disney is allowed to use Tom Holland for the upcoming Spider-Man attraction in Disney California Adventure, and Walt Disney Studios park.

But I’m referring about Tom Holland reprise his role as Peter/Spider-Man since the ride is separate from the MCU.

If you mean the spiderman ride at FL universal ya that is all separate from Disney and marvel. As for spiderman at Disney in cali. They can do spiderman all they wabt. Be it just a costume guy walking in parks or cruise ships. As for attractions as long as they are mcu theme rides like the Guardian ride aka tower of terror, or the avengers thing they are opening soon. Disney can do as they like. Again Sony doesn't own trademarks or merchandise or attractions. Disney owns that minus on east coast due to universal ride and legal stuff. Sony has no part in amusement parks or other none film stuff. As again Sony only owns the live action film rights and distribution. Marvel and Disney own rest.
