The New Flash is out this week & my worries have been quelled. Spurrier does a good job continuing where Adams left off while implementing his cosmic horror stuff he has plans for the Wests. Still iffy on Deodato's art on this book the way he draws Jai & Irey feel off. Like they're mid-teens instead of pre-teens. Still good start hope it continues.
Green Arrow returns after 2 months as Ollie fights Convergence!Parallax trying to prevent the bad future before meeting his Older self from said bad future. Meanwhile, Roy & Dinah beat up some villains in Blockbuster's bar running into Cheshire who decides to help fir Lian's sake. & Williamson fixed that gas leak as the Legion starts acting like the Legion again.

I know Adams' 'picture perfect' vision of the family led to a sales decline and him being fired, but you don't need to cost Wally what he had to get him back to a place of profit. |

I have a bit more faith in Spurrier. If anything I see it in a similar vein to how Lemire handled the Baker family's struggle after the death of Cliff in the New 52 Animal Man title.

Someone cam ripped Batman 138 & quite frankly I am so lost on what the hell the plot of Gotham War even is anymore. Batman's gone full nanners & has traumatized Jason with Dick & Tim taking in Damian after Bruce escaped without him. Tim more worried about Bruce as Dick yammers about "The Peace Selina established".

The new era of Transformers comics is here as the new ongoing starts up. Should get Void Rivals out of the way first since it's a prelude: It's an alright story on it's own but it's clear people where buying it for the Transformers stuff to get an idea on what the new Universe would be like. & sure enough it's very much like The Sunbow Cartoon with a bit of a modern edge. & The First issue is very much that. I do appreciate that they did do some homework in actually doing things from the cartoon instead of just referencing the movie ad nauseam. It is doing a bit of a different spin as only a couple Transformers awakened & Megatron is MIA (given GI Joe is apart of the Universe we can take a guess where). It's fun looking forward to how this plays out in the long run.

Seems this Wednesday's issue of ASM begins some of the healing process
Norman retrieves the sins from Peter, and the cliff-hanger implies the sins have made their way back into Norman's system, and Peter and MJ forgive one another and emotionally reconnect with an embrace. Also fun Paul torture scenes as he's thrown from the bridge by Peter (he's caught by MJ, but doesn't do much else)

As Superman deals with Lex's mistakes Lois confronts Luthor as he spins a story about wanting to be a hero like Superman. However big twists are seen as Lex's mother comes in to help along with the Lex's long forgotten daughter Lena who has scars from the whole Brainiac Buisness from Y2K to OWAW!
Meanwhile Speaking of the Scourge of Colu Brainiac unleashes some Czarnians (very weird that they're all like Lobo tbh) onto Braal (The Future Home of Cosmic Boy of the LSH!) as he grows a new motive: Rather than collect life he wishes to create life as we see him trying to build his own Queen building up to that crossover between Superman & Action next year.
