Dinah, Roy, & Conner (I guess Emiko is still stuck with Stargirl right now) beat up some goons in Gothman's Allytown before getting assisted by Cheshire Cat & after 12 or so years: Roy is finally reunited with his daughter....only for her & Conner to be teleported away while admitting something about Amanda Waller. Lian ends up on the world where Ollie is as they start dealing with Manhunters! |

Flash this week starts the beginning of the end for Adams time on the book (*sob*) as Wade West is born! Then immediately kidnapped by Granny Goodness, Fear not though as Hourman (Matthew Tyler & I guess this is an explanation for how he's alive in Stargirl) comes to explain to Wally & Linda of Granny's plan & now Wally, Hourman, Gold Beetle, & The Terrifics (yay!) Head to Apokolips to save his son. Also they pick up Space-Macho Man Randy Savage along the way.

Pages from Amazing Spider-Man#25 have leaked on 4chan The kids are not MJ and Pauls', they are adopted. They know Rabin as the Scribble Man. When MJ and Paul travel back with Peter, MJ tells him she is involved with Paul and that she thought she'd never see Peter again, for her it's been five years
Again, per what Rabin said in the previews, it's becoming very clear that MJ is 'cursed' and burdened with a family through mystical means, the kids are no doubt the chains Rabin was referring to, so everything is out of MJ's hands. Much like OMD, Peter and MJ are unaware magic has played a hand in splitting them apart here, but we the readers have an insight into it. It also means the kids can be written out very, very quickly |

More Amazing Spider-Man#25 leaks There is a montage of MJ and Paul connecting with the kids. Turns out the girl, Romie, has a middle name, Stephanie, explaining why she had two different names that one time. Paul and MJ grow closer, but there are scenes that imply they can't have sex and that Paul may indeed be castrated. Paul also developed MJ's watch with the luck powers. Paul jokes that he hit the jackpot, and MJ says she's not so sure about it. |

I honestly think MJ's reasons For sticking with Paul and the family could have worked just as well without the added caveat of "I will force you to accept your chains"...for one, the implication of this isn't good...are we to presume MJ, without this spell, WOULDN'T have looked after the family and abandon Paul for Peter?
Worse, judging from the emotional reading of the scenes and everything we've had to read leading up to it over a year, it's looking clearer to me that Mary Jane is only staying with Paul out of pity and her concerns are more for how leaving him would affect her family...she and Peter are in the hospital while Paul is being treated for his wounds...MJ is not suddenly going to be the first person Paul sees when he wakes up that tells him to his face she's going back to Peter right away. No woman, (brainwashed or not in MJ's case), would do that, even if her older romantic feelings are resurfacing, she has her responsibilities for the present
So you remember that scene last year where Paul punched Peter in front of MJ? Well that's been retconned...it's now suddenly Peter punching Paul, and it's left for you o wonder if it's a fantasy he's having as he journeys to walk, or a flash forward. I assume the sequence where Paul punched Peter was a flashback or Paul fantasizing since Peter is now there to 'complicate' his relationship with MJ...maybe Paul really is a controlling influence on MJ after all?
We know the origin of the watch now, and wow... They're not exactly subtle with all the Jackpot teases, MJ and Paul mention Jackpot every five minutes to the point the catchphrase loses all meaning. Paul also knows about the "three skulls" and their potentially fatal consequences, which begs the question why he built that into the watch in the first place
There is Nothing explicitly romantic shown between MJ and Paul whatsoever, just strongly implied, but can be interpreted as a deep friendship
Bonus story is for Peter/Felicia fans Peter and Felicia go to a friend's wedding and Peter gets involved in a caper when their gift is stolen, afterwards Felicia turns down Peter's offer of a dance but agrees to 'extreme stargazing' instead

Carol mentions she has a new boyfriend, but clearly still pines for Hal. She gives Hal a job again...but Hal ends up destroying an expensive drone, which pisses Carol off. We see a few flashbacks to Hal resuming his GL duties on Earth. Next issue preview reveals Carol is engaged

GL was a breath of fresh air after the last series. Looking forward to Hal's adventures on Earth with PKJ's plot with John & Guy.
Stargirl & The Lost Children concludes as The Sidekicks take out Childmaker & the real villain of the series: A Future Corky who had brainwashed Hourman. Wing ends up back where he was & dies as the remaining sidekicks are transported to present day (& Dan The Dynamite remains Young!) As we see the plot continue in JSA #6 with "The Young JSA" (not a fan of the name).

It's stated Steve "will be back soon" so I doubt they'll kill him off.
As for Diana having a daughter, that's cool & all but I can only imagine how they'll ruin her in a year.
