Anyone play or follow the Kingdom Hearts series I've been playing through them awaiting the release of 3 currently on Dream Drop Distance HD

I've been playing them since about 2005 when I borrowed a friends copy of Kingdom Hearts 1. I love this franchise, even the ones that people like to hate on (Re:coded, 358/2 Days, Chain of Memories). I'm planning on buying Kingdom Hearts 3 on release day and playing until I'm done.
We've waited 13 years for KH3 and with all of the new worlds and a couple of returning favorites, I'm excited, terrifyed, and worried about how 3 is going to end. I swear to God, if we have to kill Aqua in the Realm of Darkness....(I'm an unashamed Aqua fanboy. Her and Ven were my favorites in Birth By Sleep, and I do not want to kill my favorite.)

I do hope that KH3 develops the Sora/Kairi relationship some more.

It'd be nice to see it develop, but I really don't think they'll do it. I'm honestly more excited to see a lot of the new friendships develop, like Kairi and Axel.

^In the final KH3 trailer there is a brief moment where it looks like Kairi is holding Sora. It also looks like Varitas is going to make a return

I've seen the trailer, and I'm banking on that moment being because Sora's just had his ass handed to him for the umpteenth time. And yeah, Vanitas is making a return as well, since it showed him sitting on the back of the throne Ventus is sitting in with an unconscious Aqua on the floor. It'll be interesting to see where that leads. I really hope we don't have to kill Aqua and that what we fight is just a Realm of Darkness version of her.

Still a little bummed Hayden Panettiere won't be Kairi for 3 and hopefully we do restore Aquas heart

Well that's disappointing. I hope we can restore Aqua's heart, wake Ventus up, get Terra back from the Keyblade Graveyard, hopefully bring Xion back, Roxas, Namine, everyone. With the threat that Xehanort's posing to the worlds, it'll take an army to defeat him, and thankfully with all of the friend's Sora's made over the course of the franchise, he's got an army behind him.

Well we got Sora/Kairi. Also I have a weird theory about the ending of KH3. The part of the ending when we see Sora disappear. Kairi wasn't saved. She's still out there and Sora's still looking for her |
