Doesn’t matter to me. I’m never going to watch that movie Good for you.
I like the trailer. I'm interested to see what happens, but after The Last Jedi, I'm skeptical about how it's going to play out. I think Dark Side Rey is just a Force illusion or a "This is what could happen" situation instead of being Rey's future. Like Luke seeing his own face under Vader's mask in Empire Strikes Back.

I sincerely hope Kylo gets his ass kicked and does not survive. He is not that good of a villain.

Just got home from my screening of episode 9. I thought it was a pretty enjoyable film. Pacing was a bit fast at times. With things switching to and from different worlds. The acting was solid around. And was fun seeing the emperor again. And the story twists was good. Sfx and action scenes where very good. I liked the light Saber fights through the film. Overall a solid end I thought for the Skywalker saga. And personally liked it more then ep. 8.

So saw it & I know I'm gonna get crap for this but this was not as bad as people were making it out to be. It has problems yeah (Most minor but one gigantic one for me personally) but this isn't exactly "the worst of the series" guys it's lower-middle-tier at best.

Ya I still put ep 1 and 2 on bottom of my list. This one would Def be in the middle.

I thought it was a terrible movie and I generally think those who currently claim they like it are "Phantom Menacing" as per usual and will change their tune over time. This film validates everything the Fandom Menace has ever said about the sequel trilogy, it had no vision from the outset and this feels like it was pieced together from a completely different pair of movies and screened a highlights package at a comic-con.
The plot is nonsensical and barely exists, outside of a few heartfelt exchanges characters spend a great deal of time detailing what to do next and why something from the Last Jedi didn't make sense or was out of order.
The best scenes were with Rey and Kylo, Daisy and Adam have lightning-in-a-bottle chemistry together and it's very much the only untouched aspect of Last Jedi that gets a chance to really grow into something special throughout the film. Kylo's decisions seem swift and sudden at one major point, but at least you don't mind it because of his interactions with a fan favourite. Leia's ultimate fate was an ass-pull, though her usage at all feels cheap and a gimmick to tug at heartstrings.
The Emperor's plan isn't all that compelling, barely makes sense, and he just has a fate becoming of a video game boss, and revealing a detail about himself completely cheapens not just his entire plan, but the ending and leaves you wondering "who the hell cares if this happens to him?"
I hate to say it, but Last Jedi looks like the better film...and if the Skywalker saga had ended there and then, they could have used it to implement a vision that would have taken the franchise beyond this and other generations, a universe ripe with purpose. Instead, we're left with a franchise that will remain quiet for three years and any film that comes next will have to convert the now utterly faithless fan.
Just stick with The Mandalorian. That's the Star Wars saga we deserve.
The Thrawn trilogy will always be the true sequels.
