I have finished rewatching Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger vs. Gaoranger, the sentai crossover version of Power Rangers Ninja Storm and Power Rangers Wild Force that unfortunately never did happened in the entire season of Ninja Storm for obvious reasons. *sigh!* F@#$'n Disney!!! Still, let's say that there was an opportunity to adapt Hurricaneger vs Gaoranger into an actual crossover between the main casts of Ninja Storm and Wild Force, but couldn't make the final cut because of a lack of time or patience or if the writers just felt like they wanted to abandon the idea of a crossover episode and just move on with the entire story of Ninja Storm. If you were given an opportunity to make an actual crossover between the main characters of Ninja Storm and Wild Force, how would you have handled the idea and what would the actual story be about?

I would make it like a sequel to "Reinforcements from the Future", with Master Org returning one last time. He brainwashes Jindrax and Toxkica after reviving himself and kidnapping them. The Princess wakes up and Animus quickly summons Merrick and Cole (who's now a successful vet) to the Animarium. The two face off the two villains that they made peace with previously, with the entire event seen by Cam and the Thunder Rangers in the Ninja Ops. Cam summons the Wind Rangers and the full NS team arrives just in time to help Merrick and Cole right before the two are destroyed by their former villains, now back in their power-up mode, which the WF Rangers have seen before.
Back at Ninja Ops, the NS Rangers treat the wounded two WF Rangers, who explain who they are and that they have been fighting Orgs. Meanwhile, the Princess and Animus manage to contact the rest of the WF team and Sensei instructs the NS rangers to bring them and the Princess to Ninja Ops. However, Max and Danny have already been captured and the only 2 free remaining WF Rangers are Taylor and Alyssa. They are attacked by Master Org as well, however, this time, the Wind Rangers interrupt Master Org's attack, but to no avail as both Taylor and Alyssa are seen captured inside a cave, ending Part 1.
Part 2: The NS and the 2 WF Rangers officially meet and share each other's history. Also, the NS team learns of the existence of the previous Ranger teams on Earth from Cole. Zen-Aku somehow crashes into the Ninja Ops, causing the NS rangers to morph in front of the confused Cole. Merrick stops them and tells them that Zen Aku is now his shadow and quickly shares his story about their past. Zen-Aku then reveals that the Wild Zords possess a secret, previously undiscovered power, but is unsure of what that power is since he wasn't able to discover it for himself before he and Merrick got separated. This information comes right in the nick of time, because Master Org is in the downtown Turtle Cove, trying to get the rest of the WF team to come out. Later, the NS Ranger team rushes into a battle with Master Org, however, he quickly cleans house with them. Cole wants to go save Jindrax and Toxica since they're the only ones who know where are the other WF Rangers. He is stopped by Merrick who says that they have given themselves to MO. However, Zen-Aku Reveals that the Org egg has regeneration abilities even when it is destroyed - it just reverts to Org slime and that's when MO had probably given the two villains to re-gain the control of their minds and that's what probably revived him in the first place. Merrick offers to try and look for the Org slime, while Cole attempts saving his teammates.
Part 3: Zen-Aku offers to help and accompanies Merrick on his quest, where they are attacked by the two villains. However, Zen-Aku uses his sword to launch the part of the Org slime that MO didn't use on them, thus breaking the spell over them. Meanwhile, Cole faces Luthor and Master Org, who have now become allies. Feeling embarrassed and guilty about what they had done, Jindrax and Toxkica offer their help in saving the WF team. Pretending to still be evil and to have been successful in capturing Merrick and Zen-Aku, MO rewards team with giving them the task of destroying the WF Rangers and getting Zen-Aku to re-join them. They shock the two when the two villains comply with Master Org's wishes. Luthor offers permanent alliance to MO. The two villains go to the Org slime site, not having a clue of what's been going on behind their backs as they are attacked by Zen-Aku and MO is betrayed by his own two Org followers. Both Ranger teams suddenly appear and Zen-Aku teleports Jindrax and Tocixa to the Animarium, where they are stripped of their Org powers by Animus. Meanwhile, both Ranger teams face a group of Putrids and Kelzacks, who were summoned by Luthor to retrieve of what was left of the Org slime. Luthor retreats and leaves Master Org to deal with the Rangers. In combined efforts of the two Ranger teams, both groups of foot solders are defeated and Master Org is finally destroyed by the combined efforts of the Wild and Ninja Zords as it is revealed that the two groups of Zords were always meant to work together thanks to a Ninja Scroll that reveals that the Animarium, the Wild Zords and the Wind Ninja Academy share a history together . The crossover ends with both Ranger teams having a party on Animarium with now humanized Jindrax and Toxica. As the party goes into the late hours, Merrick and the Princess re-unite. Zen-Aku sees that he is no longer needed, and is seen meeting a female Duke Org years later.
That's how I would handle the crossover - something more original, yet I would still make the Sentai footage work.

My only concer is which series would it air on... I would perfer Ninja Storm. Wild Force wouldve mess it up. The writing was that terrible. Im guessing by the order it would be Wild force coming on Ninja Storm cast and they wouldve been cool.

While your idea sounds awesome,I won't have MO as the main returnee since his personal arc was too dark and perfect to touch and expanding his arc and have him defeated within three episodes would tarnish the legacy of a badass villain who killed 25 wild zords including a God like Megazord and tracked down Animarium and brought it back to ground.Rather than bringing him back,I would have Retinax,Nayzor and Mandilok(Apologies in advance for bringing him back) and do your Storyline stuff which is pretty perfect. Btw Remember the episode, Master's Herald, the one where MO gets defeated by Cole? Do you think , It would have been awesome if MO didn't straightaway capture Cole but rather told him about his research and persuaded him to believe that he had found a way to capture the orgs and Cole would take him to Anamarium to talk to princess Shayla but as they reach Anamarium, the holy water would go kaboom and He would turn on the rangers and had an awesome fight at Anamarium.

Where as Ninja Storm is a comedic Disney Channel-esquefamily sitcom. So, I think you should be asking yourself how will the writers introduce the Wild Force cast in the world of Ninja Storm where everything isn't taking itself seriously and they would have to help the Ninja Storm Rangers taking a comedic main villain who occasionally breaks the fourth wall and is accompanied by his idiotic nieces and a robotic general who is taking himself seriously. So remember....Wild Force; preachy about "saving the rainforest and the wildlife and nature and recycling". Ninja Storm; comedic, funny, silly, not taking itself seriously, jokes, jokes, more jokes, Lothor. How do you bring these two cast members together in a crossover event?

I completely forgot about Retinax, Nayzor and Mandilock. They would make a great villain group, except I would give them a unified form towards the end of the final ground/Megazord battle.
As for how to introduce the Wild Force cast in the world of Ninja Storm - well, it's not impossible, since DinoThunder pretty much confirmed that the season takes place in the up-to-then PRU, which today is basically every season except R.P.M. and Dino. Charge. There was a 2-part crossover between DinoThunder and Ninja Storm the following year. And keep in mind that DinoThunder was not the comedic Disney channel-esquefamily sitcom like NS was. I mean... "Fighting Spirit" has a Ranger LAUNCHING and THROWING a monster INTO A ROCK-SOLID WALL and the rest of the Ranger team having a "WTF?!?!" expression on their faces. So making the two cast work and the characters to match wouldn't be much of a problem. For example, making the NS Rangers be more serious while not robbing them of their character properties would be tricky, but it wouldn't be impossible to do. Or making the Wild Force team more comedic, but completely in line with their season's theme with is saving the rainforest, the wildlife, the nature and recycling so their character properties aren't lost in the process.

It probably would have been handled I think along the lines how ns and dt team up went.

I think that's what already happened in the final arc of Gaoranger. But, I think it's best to introduce the Cheuzubo monster suit from "Hurricaneger vs Gaoranger" as the main villain of the crossover episode and have be Chhubo's younger brother. As for how to introduce the Wild Force cast in the world of Ninja Storm - well, it's not impossible, since Dino Thunder pretty much confirmed that the season takes place in the up-to-then PRU, which today is basically every season except R.P.M. and Dino. Yeah, it's probably going to be difficult for the writers to do something like that.

I've been thinking about that for nearly 13 years. I was thinking that Master Org would accidentally get brought back to life by Marah & Kapri or someone else.

I've been thinking about that for nearly 13 years. I was thinking that Master Org would accidentally get brought back to life by Marah & Kapri or someone else. No, actually that wouldn't work. But, if it was Lothor who might have heard about the Master Org by himself simply by looking up past events from last year, that might actually make sense.
