That was really cool, but I just wish he had done his evil laugh at the end.

Looks terrific. And it's awesome this kind of promotion. Several sites are talking about this trailer. It put PR again (and the comics) in the spotlight ... I don't know how much this gonna last, but I hope Super Ninja Steel also deliver good episodes for the 25th years anniversary Tribute.

Lets hope the last good anniversary episode was the 10th Anniversary episode Forever Red.

Forever Red was not a good anniversary. It was a poorly done fanboy's script. The glaring issue? Serpentera being taken out by a space bike?! When the entire Thuderzords were no match for it, how could a space bike take it out? Yes it was cool seeing 10 Red Rangers, but that was it. If they made this the basis for a Power Rangers sequel movie? That would rock!

It wasn't just a simple space bike. But ya I do wish forever red gad a few changes. But a lot came down to budget and time.

I feel like this trailer got a bigger budget than the TV show, lol.

I doubt that. The show spends around 25mill for a series give or take. And also sfx and suits costs for a short like this was could easily been made for modest fees.

Forever Red was dumb because of that ending but Once a Ranger was an assault to my eyes , ears, and brains

Oh come on oar was not bad at all. Sure thrax got taken out by sentinel knight. But it was a solid anniversary. And it was a two parter with a solid story and good group of returning guys. But really we should drag this thread down about anniversary episodes likes or dislikes. And go back to topic on hand of the live action short for the comics event.

It was THAT bad. The story was stupid, nothing about Thrax made any sense and OAR made me hate the Overdrive Rangers even more than I already did. And why was Bridge the Red SPD Ranger? I don’t care that they explained he was promoted, for an anniversary special that was stupid.
And the hell did they do to Alpha 6’s voice? I’ll take Brooklyn Alpha 6 over whatever the hell THAT was.
The ire fans have for Legendary Battle? I feel that a thousand times over for my hatred for Once a Ranger

So going to the shattered grid storyline, it's gonna be interesting which teams survive the first wave and which ones don't.
Seems like every Tommy will get killed in some way by Drakkon. And from what I could find online, he's already taken out Zeo and DT.
So far, while there may still be at least 1 survivor from the team, Time Force, Lightspeed (at least didn't look to well in this week's preview), In Space (since TJ got thrown into space), and Samurai have lost. I guess technically MMS3 since they have Ninjor.
However, love the fact that RPM and DC fought him off, especially since RPM was solely Dr. K kicking his ass. I can't wait to see which teams are successful.
Also other fun theory, since the Alien rangers aren't on Earth in any timeline, does this mean they might end up being the last team standing?
