What are some films that were "one and done" that you wish ended up having a sequel or 2 to expand in their particular universes? I'm saddened that we never got a Mars Attacks or Coneheads follow up, they weren't the greatest comedies of all time but they were good in my book.

I would have loved to see a sequel to G.I. Joe: Retaliation happen. But that unfortunately isn't going to happen because the guy who directed this movie went off to direct that god-awful live-action Jem and the Holograms movie, instead.
