Neo Ya I clearly told dark what was aos deal and he didn't get it. Plus as I pointed out Netflix shows time table runs different then the films. So for example dd season 3 and Luke cage season 2 which are both out soon. Can be set prior to iw. Or they just happened to survive and maybe like aos have done we hear of reports of missing folks on news or a newspaper article. Plus it's all be a moot point once avengers 4 fixes things.
