Got home short while ago from my imax screening. First I was very happy my theater had free imax posters for the film. Also bought a sweet collectible drinking cup for the film.
Now for the movie itself no spoilers for this post. But really enjoyable film. We got some sweet action scenes visuals looked great. Acting all around was very good. We had our typical humor bits in film along with the drama aspects to story. Stan had a nice cameo as usual. There was some nice twists. And the end HOLY SHIT!!!!

Okay, that was an awesome film. For one they really cut back on the jokes, which was nice. All the different character interactions were so much fun to watch, like Thor + the Guardians and Cap's Crew with the Wakandans and such. The fight scenes were all pretty awesome. I especially loved Black Widow, Scarlet Witch and Okoye teaming up. As for the ending I was shocked. And I loved how this was a break from the typical narrative. Obviously few if any of these deaths are going to stick based on upcoming sequels, but having such a highly dramatic ending was actually thrilling.
I will say though it bugs me that Wanda's gone. I know she's not an OG (and isn't it funny how all five OGs survived...) but I feel like she was a central enough character that the show shouldn't go on without her. Then again she's suffered enough trauma for a while I guess.
And I love that post-credit scene. I'm shocked that BOTH Fury and Hill died. Who's in charge now? Maybe...Coulson? And I'm so curious to find out where Carol is and how she'll respond to Fury's distress signal.

I wonder how Agents of Shield, Inhumans, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Defenders, Punisher, Runaways, and Cloak & Dagger are going to be affected by the Infinity War?

Well with the Netflix shows in dd and Luke cage which will have seasons out soon. They can easily explain that they where set prior to what happened in infinity war end. Punisher, jessica, will be awhile to they have new seasons for them same with iron fist. So don't need to explain away.
Shield already made a refrence in the newest episode of the attack in new york. And since we are with a tight crew we likely not going to see more about missing millions of folks beyond maybe some more news reports or something. Runaways for 2nd season and cloak and dagger again they can state it's prior to end of infinity war.
As for the affect of things. They likely won't have any lasting affects. As I pointed out most can Be explained as it was set before. Others that are out in 2019 you can say are set after avengers 4 and things are fixed.

Well AoS most likely Coulson, Melinda, and Daisy survived while the rest of there shield agents are dead due to Thanos. Runaways the teens survive along with the pride while Old Lace dies in front of the teens. Matt/Daredevil alive most likely Karen, and Franklin are dead. Jessica Jones alive, Luke Cage alive, Patricia, Jeri, Alisa, Willis, and Claire dead. Danny/Iron Fist alive Colleen dead. Those are who I think survived & died from Thanos. Plus since Avengers 4 won't be till 2019 the shows most likely be set in the aftermath of the Infinity War.

Dark again as already referenced iw. With candy man comments to daisy about nyc. Again since we likely to see much big world stuff due to situation they are in we likely won't see any change to shield core team. If anything we likely see in background of a scene news reports of missing folks. Also like I pointed out the Netflix shows run at a different time table then aos or the film's do. So they can always say as I said it was before I or again just cause we don't see all the big world changes they don't talk about it. Plus who to say when avengers 4 fix things that time can be changed. Then as for runaways we don't even know how much time will pass when second season starts. So it can be a short time after it ended and iw has no baring. Again that's talk for x shows thread. Then for the iw film thread.

I know I was saying the characters in shows are most likely dead since Thanos wipe-out half the universe so Coulson, Melinda, and Daisy could see there allies die in front of them the minute Thanos snap his fingers.

Dark again the recent episode of shield is set during the events of iw and as we clearly see in this week episode promo the core cast is all still alive. So again shield team not going to be poof. And likely happened to be folks who didn't get wiped out.
