Tooms is transported from the MCU to another universe via the rift from No Way Home. He's released from jail on grounds that he did not commit any crimes to the knowledge of the police in this universe. In the second post credit scene, he shows up in his Vulture gear and intercepts Morbius, where he offers him a chance to join a team he's putting together that will confront Spider-Man
