"Woo!" to have a date now. I wonder post date when we will likely to hear more in the case of marvel for having future plans. Because, I am sure since the deal has been in the works, they will likely have been making basic plans on how to add the characters into the mcu. The Fantastic Four I still feel should be easy like with spidey. But, I am still curious to see how mutants will be added and how the whole public hate on mutants but love other heroes will play into the mcu. We'll see. But, for now. It's just baby steps. |

oh ya i know it will be awhile to we know things. But like i said its nice to know deal is done. So now disney and the fox assets they take over can move to what ever are they are doing. Now yes we know many folks between disney and fox companies will get canned due to the nature of the beast. With new owners and cutting similar jobs between them all. But in the cause of marvel i cant wait to see what comes of xmen and the ff characters and their future inclusion to the mcu and all that.

I weep, I really do. Once people get over their hysteria about the X-Men and FF being at Marvel, they'll realise how much this sucks for the industry.

It does suck like u said for the many folks who do loose job due to the merger. But hopefully the fix brand of films and the other stuff Disney get. Are used well and not crapped on. But it's a wait and see how the chips fall there.

But it shut down till October with one final film. Meanwhile both TV, and Blue Sky Studios are spared.

Yes it is sad some will be closed. But they are not getting rid all of the houses of studios. There is probably reasons why the ones getting closed are getting closed. No different then closed brands Disney has had over the years. Where as main fox films and TV will remain. Which is part of reason Disney bought fox.

There’s been some tweets lately saying that Family Guy reruns starting with season 16 will be airing on Freeform, and FXX.
