Since some of the netizens wanted the franchise to move out of Nickelodeon for good and move season 26 and beyond fully on Netflix, but how will it work if most of the shows on Netflix or other streaming channels are 10-13 episodes per season? Would they follow the formula that Turbo FAST did in the past by releasing batches of episodes?

Well, Fuller House season 3 has a total of 18 episodes which they had split up into two 9 episode batches(Though, that may have been done just so that they could get some episodes out on the anniversary date that Full House had aired on all those years ago.) So, if they did, we could see that and hopefully they would extend the episode count per season.
But reality is, Power Rangers would never do good as an online exclusive show. Not everyone has Netfix, or could even afford Netflix for that matter.
But, the main reason it wouldn't work is unlike all the other kid shows that are Netflix exclusive or at other streaming sites, Power Rangers budget depends on highly on toy sales, and toy sales would suffer big time if it was an online exclusive show. Nickelodeon in reality is the only place Power Rangers has to go as Disney won't air it on their channels since they don't own it.(And don't bring Pokemon up in this matter as we are not sure(or at least I am aware of) what the deal is on that, if they manage to get a good portion of ownership of the Pokemon company here in the US or got full control of it.) Cartoon Network here in the US don't do live action kid shows anymore, and all other places that does kid shows are only doing more educational shows then like in the old days where they did normal weekdays and weekend mornings kid block shows like Fox did with Fox Kids and Fox Box.

I still doubt it would ever just move to streaming service and that be that. Saban probably has a better deal with show airing on nick and then licensing it out on netflix. I more bang for your buck. And why would they want to leave regular tv. Really streaming viewership likely wouldn't change from live TV viewer numbers.
As for if it did air on streaming only. I would first would want to see show back to 1 show over 1 year period. I would hope we could or would do 32 to 38 episodes. And I would not want them to drop all at once. I would like it be like normal tv and drop once a week. I know that is doable I have seen there is a few things on Netflix that drops weekly. So I would want it like that.

Netflix wouldn't do much good anyway, Netflix isn't the answer

I'm not sure why everything has to go to Netflix....they've had to cancel some of their shows the past few months so there's no guarantee Power Rangers would even survive on the platform.

I dont want it out of Nick just for the fact it has nowhere else to go... I really think Saban its revamping PR so he can try to sell it again maybe to Nickelodeon. I just think with the low ratings PR is offering. I doubt if Nick is getting any of the toy sales. They may just want to hang where they are until cartoon come back to Prime channels after school..

Yes nick isn't getting a cut in toys that just saban, bandai, and toe. As for ratings again that isn't the end of show or anything. Like many of us have said ratings are down across the board for many networks. And it's all about is what ever number they getting enough for nick. And as they keep getting renewed for every series they probably are happy with that.

Streaming is a big medium for tv show these days. But I still think its better to keep some type of to presence. Especially a series like Power Rangers that is supposed to appeal to kids and sell merchandise. I think it makes sense to be in all mediums you can be. There is still enough of an audience for tv to be very useful.

Yes its not likely to leave regular tv any time soon. As the show is first licensed from saban to nick to air. So he makes money from that. Second its then licensed to streaming service like netflix. So looking there saban as a company gets more bang for his buck. so if he just went to streaming there would be a lose of revnue.
