It seems that Victor's "victory" at the election caused some of us to question on the moral issue about cheating to win the election when they sabotaged both rival's campaign during the food fight?

Hayley didn't want to win because then Calvin would lose and vice versa for Calvin. That's why they dropped out. Plus, Victor got what he deserved.

Deal was the Rangers didn't know Victor was doing. And then in the end they didn't want to be president and forfeit there names. So even though Victor was cheating. The school didn't know and he was already the president and only choice left.

So, if the school didn't know that Victor was student body president the entire time, then....then why did the prinicipal even bothered to host an election anyways?! What was the whole point of that?!
Uggh...You know, this is probably a good thing that Jonathan Tzachor is no longer the show-runner/executive producer of the Neo-Saban era seasons anymore, because even if Ninja Steel was being handled by him, he would've definitely made things even worse and we could have definitely called him out on his b.s. for making things too much like the sentai, note-for-note because that would raise even more questions about what kind of diection these newer seasons are going for. So, yeah, this moment in the episode along with Redbot not being Brody's zord in episode two are just minor nitpicks, to me. But, hey. It could be worse. At least Michael Bay isn't tye show-runner of the Neo-Saban era of Power Rangers.

No no they were holding elections for the next school term. What I was saying was the Rangers and the student body didn't know that Victor was trying to get the Rangers out.

Where is Celine Dion with "The Power Of Love"?
It was one of those "I love you and you really deserve it more than me".
Makes you feel bad in the end.

Yeah I agree that Victor and Monty's action does question some morals but this season and morals haven't been the best of friends. Look at the Halloween episode. The main moral didn't even make sense. But I think the writers just thought "Oh this will be funny! and this could mess with their relationship!"

Victor was already the president. Neither Hayley nor Calvin wanted to win over the other due to love and because of that, the election was effectively over and Victor got to keep his role.
Yes him and Monty cheated but I'm pretty sure it was more out of love for each other that they dropped out. Even if the food fight never happened, they'd have come around eventually.
