Boy last night was a really weird episode. It was cool seeing Reggie put into big moments of of show. And hard to believe what was real or not.

That episode was quite strange.
I gotta say I'm a little disappointed with William. Obviously he had to be flawed to screw with Scully's fantasy image of him, but making him a two-timer who instigates life threatening pranks was...an odd choice, if you ask me.
That said I really liked the ending, this whole time we thought the guy Scully kept bumping into was the project doctor, but just as the characters figured it out so did I. Scully looked so happy in the final shot, which is what I've wanted for her ever since she gave him up for adoption.
I still get the feeling they want to set up a William spin-off. Now that we know there are other hybrids out there it could be about him finding them.

Ya that was strange with william. I am curious to see where it goes. Plus how sully and Mulder feel when they learn Mulder isn't the father.

I liked it. I'm glad Skinner gets another focus episode, he's been so neglected since the show came back on the air.
The speech he gave to Mulder and Scully about why he hasn't moved up was so good. This season has had great character work for everybody. And that ending was classic X-Files. The government doing something secretly shady was so reminiscint of the early days.
And I like that they're bringing back do many older characters, like Kersh. I'm still crossing my fingers for Krycek haha.
But I was a little confused. Was the gas the reason people's teeth were falling out? Is Skinner going to keep losing them or will he be safe since he left that town?

Today's episode was really sad. And also extremely disturbing.

Ya it was a sad and depressing episode. Some funky stuff with the witchcraft plot too. Def felt like a classic early series episode. Curious to see how last two episodes play out.

Well last night episode was pretty weird. The whole body snatching parts plot was odd. And all that. Promo for next week season finale looks good.

That episode was more off putting to me than "Home," tbh. That was just nasty.
I'm a little worried about the finale, since the "My Struggle" episodes have been mediocre at best (and disgusting sexist drivel, at worst). Considering this is potentially the last episode ever, I really want it to be better than the rest.

That was f*cking terrible. Seriously how the hell did anyone involved in production think that was acceptable to put on the air? Does Chris Carter actually pay any attention to the scripts he's writing???
Skinner dying, screw that. Monica dying after nonsensically turning evil, screw that. Actually running with the idea that CSM is William's dad (which subsequently means William's mom and his brother have repeatedly banged), screw that. Scully suddenly deciding to like, disown William and saying he's not their child at all after she angsted over losing him for SEVENTEEN YEARS, seriously, screw that.
And like, what's the point of Scully being pregnant again? It felt like some tacked on emotional "closure" attempt, but it did nothing for me after the hour of dumb crap that preceded it.
I'm so torn, I would love for the X Files to continue, but Carter has to be removed, full stop. Let Darin Morgan take over as the showrunner. And retcon this sh*t episode out of existence. If they can't do that then I don't want it to return ever again.

That was a crazy episode. And hot dam Mulder getting csm. Was it really Monica that blew up too I wasn't to sure. I thought it was another person. Was sad to see skinner killed.

no it wasn't Monica who "blew up", that was that Price woman who was part of the new syndicate thing this year.
Monica was in the car with CSM and when Skinner opened fire he shot her in the head. In a way Skinner and Reyes murdered each other, which is just tragic.
