and boy oh boy what a start to the new season. I thought it was a good start for this season. And some cool stuff like the spy plot line lead to some fun stuff. It was nice to see another government body as usually its torchwood/unit we see with the doctor. The light aliens from another universe seem interesting. And curious to learn more of there plan and what they are. Totally didnt expect the reveal at the end o is a new incarnation of the master and he was controlling the new baddies. Going to be fun to see what he is up to this season against the doctor.

Chibs shamelessly ripped off peak Moffat and RTD just to give the companions some stakes in the story...which then just gets brushed under the rug even though Lenny Henry got away at the end, so why aren't they being arrested?
At least they explained why The Master was allowed to waltz freely around in NAZI S.A.S gear, that was taking me right out of it...still, this and blowing up Gallifrey definitely pushes the big red button on the Missy redemption arc.
I wonder if he used the Moment and didn't give a s*it if it judged him?

I am sure the family will be cleared of charges with the guy going nuts and trying to kill folks. Some good stuff with master too. Curious to find out why he blew up there planet. And what is the lie.

While at Barnes & Noble today, I found a Funko Pop Figure of that bottomless pit creature the Doctor encountered on a medical space station!

I was very mixed on this episode. I loved the very traditional base under seige aspects, the body count, Ryan's comic moments, and it wasn't entirely a happy outcome for everyone, but, without spoiling, the big twist is something that I've seen before, and the lecture was like something out of the Dave Angel skits from The Fast Show

ya it was a so so episode. I liked the whole virtual vacation thing. Plus the monsters looked wicked as heck. But did we really need to go into the whole this is this future stuff. When we seen so many different futures of that place.

This week's episode was better than the previous one, less moralising and more a fun romp with a nice simple lesson of how history can ultimately vindicate you. Aliens could have done with making more of a mark though, in my opinion their rampage in the streets could have done with a few casualties besides just the people they murdered in Eddison's workshop
A new trailer came out too

ya was a interesting episode. It eas fun seeing tesla and edison and there issues with each other. Plus tesla tech helping to stop the aliens. I totally didnt expect return of the scorpion alien folks. So that was a neat thing. Next week we have the rhino guys back.

ya i guess some sites didnt get the memo. Plus just looking at the 05-present era most doctors have lasted 3-4 years/series. So this is on par for jodi.
