Felix furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "RJ showed us the footage from earlier. Hunter made the move of running in and provoked the monster while trying to prove a point to you first. The rest of us on the other hand, have been doing our job while also supporting you and trying to take you to safety because you're injured. All of us have been worried about you ever since." He explained.
"I haven't accused you at all. Things went too quick that we didn't have the opportunity to plan it out. All I did was taking out the Dohzron." Julia explained sincerely. "I do have your back, Wayne."

"That's not a fair assumption on your part Wayne." Tatum said with a sigh. "We are all still learning how to be a team. We do care. We have had your back and nothing will change that." She said with a slight shrug. "Even if you want us gone, you're going to have to understand that you're stuck with us." She finished with a smile.

"That's not a fair assumption on your part Wayne." Tatum said with a sigh. "We are all still learning how to be a team. We do care. We have had your back and nothing will change that." She said with a slight shrug. "Even if you want us gone, you're going to have to understand that you're stuck with us." She finished with a smile.
"Yeah, we're gonna be here whether you like it or not," CeCe ended the conversation with a smile.

"So how long were you five going to sit on my sister being one of the Brotherhood?" Wayne asked. "I know all of you know. Dr. Morgan told me that RJ spilled the beans about it. That Kara was one of the five students taht went missing and were presumed dead, but in reality she's Nereza. Did you plan on telling me that or just keep it to yourselves until I found out on my own?"

Tatum's head jerked up when she heard Wayne ask and sighed folding her arms over her chest. "I told them I wouldn't lie to you.. if you asked questions.." She said knowing that didn't make it better or easier for him to hear. She looked at her other teammates and dropped her gaze to the ground, her head hanging. She felt horrible and didn't know how to process it.

"We thought that telling you would bring in issues for you, Wayne. But at the same time, we knew that if we kept it from you, it would bring tension," CeCe pointed out in her honesty.

"I'm surprised Dr. Morgan went behind RJ's back to tell you." Julia said out of astonishment. "In all honesty, telling you now or later, it will lead to consequences. Since I'm not a great liar, I'll blurt it out to you anyway." She admitted.
Felix nodded his head in agreement. "I was going to tell you but only if you're ready. But since you already know, it does not make a difference." He said with a sigh.

Wayne nodded as he listened to the others. He noticed Hunter being unusually quiet. "What about you, Hunter? Did you plan on sitting on this?"

Hunter looked at Wayne. "I like the others were conflicted. I was worried how you'd react about finding out either now or later and what your actions would be. I'm just glad you took it better than I was worried about. Being how close you two are, I was worried you were gonna go try to save her and get corrupted." Hunter admitted.

"I'm not going to try and go after her. She made her choice, and now it's time to put her down," Wayne said softly. "Yes, she's my sister and there's a part of me that hopes there's a flicker of the Kara that used to be, but I'm not going to hold my breath. I'll do what has to be done, even though I'm going to hate it." He sighed softly, sitting up and wincing as he put his hand on his wounded shoulder. "There were four others taht she used to run with after we joined the Academy. I'll do some digging and see what I can find, maybe we'll find the other four Brotherhood's identities."
He looked at the others and gave a small smile. "Right now, I just want you guys to clean up and rest. They're going to throw harder shit at us, and we need to be ready. I'm going to be out for a few weeks with this shoulder, so I'll need you guys to stay safe when they do attack. Felix, if things happen, I want you to lead the team when I can't. OK?"

"Of course." Felix smiled before he walked over to place his hand on Wayne's uninjured shoulder. "If you need anything, my classroom is always open."
Julia breathes a relieved smile, thankful she didn't have to be forced to keep a secret anymore. "I'm just glad you're alright, Wayne. Things aren't the same without you. I'll do my best next time."
