Power Rangers Academy (GAME)

While Felix and Julia were in a deep discussion regarding team dynamics, they wound up running into Hunter, who needed their assistance.

"Sure." Julia said, and Felix replied with a short shrug. "Alright. What's happening, Hunter?"

"Well for starters I feel bad about everything that happened thus far. But I'm worried about Wayne and how he's going to react if news gets back to him. I know everyone's got a difference of opinion but I can't help but feel that if he gets the news, we may lose him." Hunter said as he leaned against a nearby wall and folded his arms.

"Huh. That's exactly what Felix and I are talking about currently." Julia said, her head tilted slightly.

Felix sighed. " What I'm thinking is if Wayne wants to know, I'll answer but only if he feels comfortable. For everyone else, they'll do it in their own way. No matter what approach we try, it will end with the same result."

"If he knows, then we'll prove to him that we have his back." Julia chimed in. "Sure, we're backed into the corner, but he'll see our intentions are genuine. I don't think he'd trust the administrators for a while."

"While it could work, you have to consider Tatum and CeCe's part. Their stances does not exactly aligned with yours." Felix pointed out.

"Or even ours. I can't hold onto secrets any longer." Julia quickly corrected. "We need to have a compromise for all sides."

Wayne sighed as he opened his eyes, wincing softly. "Fuck me...."

"No, thanks," Kendrix said, walking over with a smile on ehr face. "How you feel, kiddo?"

"I fucking hurt, Dr. Morgan," Wayne said softly, his hands clenching. "My shoulder hurts, my pride's busted, my ego's wounded, none of them are goign to trust me again..."

"Now that's not true," Kendrix said softly, sitting on the edge of Wayne's bed. "You're all still getting used to your new roles. You taunted the mosnter, and that's normal for Rangers to do. Hell, Leo did it all the time. But things aren't always so easy. There's secrets we're keeping from you and....it hurts to have to hide them."

"It's about Kara, isn't it?" Wayne asked. "You wouldn't even let me see her body. You keep saying "She's dead" and your tone means you don't believe it."

Kendrix sighed softly. "Wayne, if you knew the truth, what would you do?" she asked softly. When Wayne didn't answer, she reached over adn took the Red Ranger's hand. "Wayne...the reason we never let you see Kara, she didn't die." She bit her lip, feeling the knot in her chest. "She was one of the five students that broke the Eridium Container and got changed. We weren't sure who she was, but we managed to figure it out."

Wayne looked down, his hands clenching. "Nereza."

Kendrix nodded softly. "Yes," she said. "Wayne, I need to know what you're going to do."

"I'm going to take her down."

Suddenly, the alarms went off all over the school, Kendrix grabbing her tablet. "Reptilicus is back." She looekd ay Wayne. "You're not in any shape to fight right now."

"I know. Send the others," Wayne said, laying back. "Please."

Kendrix nodded, running over to her desk and hitting her communication button. "Rangers, Reptilicus is back near the shopping center! Get down there and finish him off!"

When the alarmed blasted, Tatum heard the command and quickly ripped her hand raps off. "On it." She finished turning and heading for the others.

"Yeah." Julia agreed, and Felix sighed through his nostrils and nodded his head. "So long as no funny business involved." he said. With that said, they leave with Hunter to their destination.

"Only one way to find out." Tatum said looking to the others, ready to follow them into battle as a team.
