Power Rangers: Nitro Blaze (Game)

"Amy... I know you're seeing this. I need you to tell me that this was a grave oversight. Tell me that you and Brooklyn made a mistake." The Red Ranger spoke. He was so worried and angry that he started speaking in a more traditional accent rather than his native southern one. When Amy didn't immediately deny the accusations, the Red Ranger all but blew a gasket.

"Mother fucker! How dare you! You didn't send us on a high risk mission, you sent us to our deaths!"

"Paul, calm down!" Amy said, trying to be firm, even though she knew they were caught.

"Oh fuck off! You know what's about to happen! We do this and HE is coming after us. Not only have you burned my relationship with them, you've sentenced us to death you filthy piece of shit!"

"If you do your job, you will be just fine."

Paul laughed to keep from crying. "Our job? Our job?! Fuck you! I trusted you. I trusted him. I thought y'all were the last good ones left but I guess not."

"Would you stop your bitchin and moaning. Bottom line, yall work for us, so stop being a pussy and finish the job!" Amy shot back, knowing the team could hear the entire conversation through coms and didn't care.

"Because had they told the truth, they knew most, if not all of us would have said no." Paul said, giving the simple answer. "Now I see why Joey went back to work so fast. If I had peeps that shady, I'd work as far away from them as I could too."

"You shut your fuckin mouth right now, Paul!" Amy snapped. Paul knew Joey was an easy trigger and he had no problem pulling it.

"Or else what? You'll kill us?!" Paul laughed. "Go ahead. Press the button. It'd be easier than having to deal with whatever Lord Drago would do to us."

"That's enough." Brooklyn's voice came over coms. He was monitoring the situation and decided enough was enough after Amy lost her cool. "We will have a conversation once you all return." The coms cut, ending the conversation and leaving the Rangers with a mess to clean up and an unfinished job.

"We're dead either way. At least if those fuckers push the button, it'll be quick. If we leave now, maybe DRAGO won't hunt us down like dogs. Let's....." Before Paul could finish his sentence, the Raizers spotted the trio of Rangers and began to advance on them, including tubes that were opened, revealing even more Raizers.

"Fuck! FUCK!" Paul cursed, knowing he was about to do something that he would prefer not doing as it would seal their fates. "Lenny. Kes. You two get down here now." The Red Ranger said through his com link.

The Raizers began charging at the Rangers with another battle ensuing.

Kestra took off, seeing the Raizers as she followed Lenny. "Ew. I thought some of the men I've dated were ugly," she said, taking her Nitro Blaster in hand started firing. She dodged a swing as one Raizer got close, and she lashed out and kicked it in the chest, sending it backward. "Jesus, they're ugly."

Wayne froze a bit as he was unsure what to do. A5 yelled a pep talk. "WAYNE THESE AREN'T PEOPLE! It's okay, just aim and shoot, but listen to me!" Wayne was shaking as he grabbed his blaster and aimed at a Raizor before A5 began humming a nursery rhyme that Wayne had always listened to to calm himself down. Mary had a little lamb. He fired several shots flinching as he did so watching the raizer fall to the ground not moving anymore.

Corrie looked over her shoulder at the green ranger watching as he moved with such caution and fear. She spun and slid over beside him while still firing as she did. "Wayne, you can do this." She said to him over her shoulder. "I'll have your back. I promise." She said knowing she wanted to keep him safe, even if she didn't know him that well.

"This is the prelude. Horror is that'll happen when the big boss gets wind of this." Paul holstered his blaster as it was taking too long. "Let's see what else SPD cooked up.. Nitro Lightning Sword!" The Red Ranger's personal weapon materialized. He began slicing through Raizers. As he got more comfortable with the weapon, he began getting fancier with his moves such as twirling the weapon behind his back and finishing with a no look slash to another Raizer on his left.
