Shift Steel: Rise of the Machines (S2)

The six Rangers converged at the baseball stadium, Asimov in the center of the field and surrounded by Cogs. His gun arm grew extra barrels, and he aimed at the fleeing civilians. "Don't you humans know that you're just asknig to be subjugated? All you do is destroy everything you touch, and once you have something in hand, you make sure nobody else gets it or you start a war over something small. You're all pathetic and you deserve what you get!" He started to fire, eleven barrels gleaming with the shots about to take off.

As the shots were firing, a slash cut through his arm, stopping the bullets. The severed arm hit the ground, sliding back into Asimov. "And don't you know that's one of Humanity's best traits? Sure, we aint' perfect, but that's what makes us fuckin' fascinating. Just because you robotwats can't see it, doesnt' mean we're the bad guys," Tifa said, sword at her side as she stood with the other Rangers. "And that's why we keep fighting against you morons."

Asimov started laughing, his barrels receeding back into a normal arm. "You fight because you're weak and think you can win," he said. "And do you expect me to believe that you trust the Blue Ranger with my poison in his veins? What's to stop him turning tail and running because hes' a pussy!?"

Tifa looked at Ken, nodding. "There's no chance in that happening. While outside of the suit I'm struggling to accept him, while we're suited up I know hes' got my back and I've got his. THat's why I'm confident he can kill you and beat the shit that you tried to do to him," she said. "Ken. You handle the bot. Whatever Keys you want, whatever changes you need. Do it. The rest of us will take on the Cogs and give backup."

"If you think you can!" Asimov laughed. "Cogs! Kill them."

The Cogs clattered to life and started for the Rangers, intent on killing them per their master's order.

Olivier charges forward, unleashing a dive kick against three Cogs until she turns around to throw several jabs against the rest.

As Cole went off to help the others with the cogs Ken began his assault by selecting the red animal roar Ranger Key hoping to use the chain sword to help keep the robot at bay entangled the machine before switching to the Mighty Morphin blue Ranger striking the robot twice with the power Lance

Derek slid past another pair of Cogs before popping up to his feet and summoning his Trinity Lance. The Silver Ranger twirled his staff in multiple directions, bouncing between Cogs and striking them down with precise blows all while twirling that Lance faster than a power pole.

Cole wanted to help his brother or his wife but he knew they had it handled so he went forward helping Tifa getting back to back with the new red Ranger taking a deep breath he analyzes the battlefield noticing that Asimov was focused on Ken he wondered if they should take the opportunity to help evacuate the civilians "what's the play leader?" Cole asked Tifa slashing getting the lashing out with the robot with his Shift Steel sabers

"Thanks, Jun!" Olivier acknowledges, evading the Cogs by diving under them and she follows up with a butterfly kick to send them crashing against its kind. Then she takes out her Steel Shot and begins to fire the rest.

Jun smiled before flipping backwards, slashing the Cogs before turning around. "Okay, I think I need a bit of a power boost," he said, taking out his Yellow RPM Ranger Key.
