"They should both should still be in the library last I checked." Sensei spoke up, opting to save them the trouble.
"Cool. Let's roll." Mateo began walking to the library which wasn't far from where they currently were.

"Ain't no lie I'm still mad at him. It'll take more then "I'm sorry I was stupid" to make me forgive him. He should have been benched, not all of us," Samara said, sighing softly. She rubbed her head and pushed her hair out of her face. "Damned fool." She glancd over, seeing the others. "Looks like we got company, Augustus."

Auggie turned his head, seeing Mateo, Lalah, and Ledger approach. "Hello friends! To what do we owe the pleasure?"
"Apologies for interrupting your cake baking." Mateo smirked.
"Cake baking? I do not see desserts." Auggie looked around, visibly confused.
Mateo laughed. "Nah. We'll teach you that one later. We came to tell y'all that we're cleared for duty. We get to go back in the air!"

Suddenly, their Chrono Coms beeped. "Rangers, I need you back to the ship. A new mission has been assigned to you."

Leon was in his room at the moment as he was focused on reparing his relationships with his comrades but also prepared on being benched. Leon got the beep about the new mission as he left his room and got to the bridge and waited for the others but remained in the background as to cause the least amount of trouble.

Lalah shared a knowing smirk to Mateo and Ledger, aware of the exchange between Augustus and Samara. Then she received a notification from her Chrono Com. "And here is our cue. A new day, a new mission." She said to her friends.

Samara smiled softly and nodded. "Then let's embark on our next adventure," she said. "I'm ready to see something different then the TMB."

The Rangers all made it back to the TMB, eagerly awaiting their next mission. "You look awfully comfy in my chair, Big Bro." Mateo raised an eyebrow. "I am. I forgot how this feels." Bishop stood up. "But since I have business to handle, I'll let you have it." He said, clapping Mateo's shoulder. "Thanks." Mateo chuckled. "Since you're here, what's the mission?" "Well since I'm here.... we're recruiting a new Ranger. Her name is Delia Chase." Bishop began before getting cut off. "Chase?" Mateo's eyes lit up. "Like Derek Chase??? The King of Games who built a billion dollar gaming empire and went on to become a great Ranger?" "Yes. This is actually his great, great granddaughter. From what I can tell, she's opposite of him in many ways. She loves to fight and she isn't a people person like he was. Turns out her fighting led her nowhere, so she eventually buried herself in the company and just rode the wave, not making any impact." |
