With the occupants in panic, Alluka and Rolo searches for a way to leave. Earlier they see several people attempting to leave but no avail thanks to an unknown barrier. The moment it happens, all hell breaks loose. Carrying Rolo in her arms, the Umekian hears her morpher beep and hides in an emptied game booth.
"Tanjiro? Tanjiro?" Alluka tries to reach her Red teammate, hoping he responds in the midst of chaos.
"Is it working?" Rolo asks with a whisper.

While waiting for Tanjiro to answer, Cody has his free hand to take out his phone, trying to reach out his girlfriend. Other than today's photos, there's no updates, which leaves him worried for her and Rolo. So he tries calling her. "Alluka?"

"Don't be scared." Cody reassures his Yellow friend quickly. Before he says more, he receives a call from Tanjiro. "Hey Tan, I'm here at HQ with Kari and Soujiro. Alluka's not here. She's at downtown. Is there something going on?" He asks his Red teammate, unaware of the weather report right now.
"Yeah, Cody. Look at the news," Tanjiro said. "There's a storm surrounding the amusement park. We need to get down there and figure out what's going on. I'm sure this is Arianas' doing." He looked down at the morpher as the other line blinked.
"Alluka? Are you guys ok!?"

Relieved that the call and the additional one from Cody goes through, Alluka quickly answers them simultaneously. "We are. Rolo and I. Despite the midst of chaos surrounding us here at the amusement park." She says, trying to lighten up. "Something happened outside that causes a barrier of sorts."
"Wait, you both are in Action park?! Surrounded by a storm?!" Cody exclaims through the phone.
"Yeah, Uncle Corduroy. I think we're trapped." Rolo answers his uncle quickly with a whisper.

It takes seconds for Cody to put two and two together, and when it does, he can't help but curse loudly. "Shit!" He paces around in circles in front of Soujiro and Kari. The realization of the two most important people in his life are in danger horrifies him to the very core.

"Alright. Alluka, get Rolo to safety and try and figure out what is going on. We're all on the way. I dont' know that we'll be able to get inside, but we'll try," Tanjiro said. He took off, heading for the peir. "Rangers, I'm on my way on foot. Get here as fast as you can."

Once Cody takes a moment to exhale, he answers his girlfriend and his nephew back. "Alluka. Rolo, I know you'll figure out a way to escape. Just don't get separated unless needed." He tells them.
"Got it!" Rolo answers firmly, seemingly getting ready.
"And Alluka, no matter how crack and twisted this road is, I never give up on you. Believe in Alluka that believes in you." Cody reminds her, referring to the show he used to watch in the future.
"...Cody... thank you."
"Now go get 'em."
"Will do."
Cody smiles warmly as he ends the call and follows Kari outside, immediately transforms into the Blue Ranger while he's at it.

"Understood, Tanjiro." After Alluka finishes her boyfriend's call, she does the same with Tanjiro's. Taking a deep breath, she gets up to stand beside Rolo. While she would've taken him to safety, she knows he wants to help. She knows she can't lose him either. If they're going to get out of this barrier, they need to work together.
"Alright Rolo, until we find the source of the barrier we stick together. If I see Arianas's latest monster, I will handle them while you keep looking." The Umekian informs the boy.
Rolo nods, accepting the order easily. "I'll do my best to hide too. I ain't letting her use me as bait anymore."
With a quick high five, Alluka and Rolo leave their spot and take off running.

Kari dawned her suit and leapt up to have her time slider land gently under her feet. "Let's fly boys!" She called shooting off for Alluka.

Morphing into his Yellow Ranger suit, Sojiro charged up with his Argonite energy and flew off, "Right behind you!" he said as he caught up with Kari.

As the other five Rangers converged at the peir, Tanjiro stood on top of a building watching the lightning and wind that prevented anyone from entering. He looked over and saw the others, and he sighed. "Whatever's causing it, it wont let us near it."
"I can confirm that," M'yrnn said. "I tried to get close but was blasted away by the lightning. Almost as if it's sentient."

Dropping down off of teh Ferris Wheel, the monster chuckled as he started down the walkway, holding his hands out as he started freezing the ground. "Come out, come out, Black Ranger!" he laughed.

Cody looks between Tanjiro, M'yrnn, and the barrier, his expression grows desperate as seconds gone by. "Not if I can help it!" Ignoring his safety, he runs towards the barrier to ram his body against it. The Blue Ranger screams out of pain when the shocking begin, but he pushes through, refusing to collapse. Unfortunately, it lasts a full minute as Cody is subsequently crashes the ground, hard. If not for his helmet, he might have badly broken his skull.

As Alluka and Rolo run to scour the source, they catch a glimpse of the icy ground, prompting them to hide against another game booth.
"So you know what to do?" Alluka asks, and Rolo answers with a nod.
"Let us do this." With Rolo jumping off and run amongst the panicked crowd, Alluka takes a deep breath and transforms into the Black Ranger. Once completed, she dashes towards the source of the frozen wooden floor.
"Not so fast!" The Umekian yells, stopping the monster from making thing worse.

After landing, Kari observed the thunder like dome and she couldn't believe it. "So..." She started but stopped when Cody shot off. As she watched him get stopped by lightning, she shook her head leaping back onto her slider and flew down to check on him. Landing beside him, she knelt down and pulled him into her arms. "Cody, are you okay?" She asked.

Cody's body is shaking from the electrocution, little sparks showing here and there. Had he not in suit, he would've died right here without the ability to save Alluka and Rolo. "I w-will be. Soon...soon as I save Luka and Rolo." He answers to Kari as he tries to move.

Sojiro landed as well, helping Cody get up on his feet, "Throwing yourself in like is not the best idea," he said worriedly.

"Well bumrushing the lightning isn't going to help you do that," Tanjiro said. "M'yrnn, can we get in from the top?'
"No. I already tried that," the Silver Ranger said. "Nearly ended up fried myself."
"Then we have to assume that wahtever's causing the storm is inside with Cody and Alluka," Tanjiro said. "Circuit, are there any cameras inside teh amusement park?"
"Give me a minute." Circuit replied.

"About time you show up," the monster laughed. "My Queen wants you dead. So she tasked me, the weather manipulating Thawclipse, to take you out once and for all. Since clearly trying to kill the others proved inconclusive, my masters decided to kill the glue holding everyone together. And so long as I live, my barrier outside keeps your "friends" from trying to get in and save you or the boy. And trust me, I can feel your idiot of a boyfriend trying to brute force his way past my barriers. He'll never succeed."

Running through the crowds is something Rolo has been accustomed to since his tenure in foster care. The kids he is with gives him the tools he need to survive despite the receiving-end treatment afterwards. As lonely as it is, he finds comfort through his book and his uncle's postcards.
When Rolo spots an unknown spark from the barrier, he immediately went over there, avoiding the thunderstorms while he's at it. Once stopped, he observes people trying to escape but only to be shocked or deflected by the barrier. While he's not going to do that, he thinks of another way to signal his uncle and Alluka's team. So with his ball, Rolo throws it against the barrier before it bounces back to him and then he repeats the cycle until he has the team focus on him.

"Tan, I'm right here. It's Rolo that is in the barrier with Alluka." Cody corrects his Red comrade, stumbling beside him. While waiting for Circuit, he hears a continuous noise from within the barrier, prompting the Blue Ranger to turn around. "Looks like I'm not the only one who tries to break the shield."

Alluka interrupts the monologue by throwing her Scale Shield at Thawclipse's face to shut it up. "Doubt my boyfriend again, I will slice you in half." She declares. She charges forward, throwing a series on jabs and kicks in an intent on annihilating the monster for messing up her day with Rolo.
