With a nod, Kari made her way to the Waverunner and smiled hearing circuit speak. "Circuit, it's been a while." She said with a smile as she entered the main room. She then took in every inch of the room around her. The memories of K'hysh and Garrus coming to the forefront.

"Hey, Circuit. It's good seeing you again," Sojiro said with a smile as he got on the ship after Kari.

Circuit turned and faced the others, and he flapped his wings happily. "Hello, Rangers! It's very good to see you again. We're all going on another adventure." He saw Tan, and he tilted hsi head. "Tanjiro Kamiya. Welcome to the Waverunner."
Tan waved softly. "Hi there."
"Rangers. In my search of the ships databases, I found messages to all of you from K'hysh. I've transfered tehm to your respective rooms for viewing at your leisure," the bird said. "The Commander's given us permission to launch as soon as you're ready."

Circuit looked at Cody and tilted his head. "It's good to see you, Cody. I'll let the others know. By the way. There is a guest in your room. A young boy. He made his way onto the ship a while ago, and I had not been able to contact you to let you know. I directed him to your quarters so he could stay out of trouble."
Cody immediately straighrens and without think, he dashes to his room. When he reaches the door to open, he enters inside. He has just pulls off his jacket when he hears a small noise from the closet of the room. Immediately on alert, Cody moves cautiously towards the closet, pressing the button to open it and then steps back to confront what is there, Delta Caller at the ready.
The scream makes him startled back.
The sight of a very surprised and unsuspecting Rolo Thoumeaux tumbles from its depth, makes him shout.
Lowering his Delta Caller, Cody ducks low and blinks fast to see if he is hallucinating, “Rolo?!”
Rolo stands up and dusts himself off. He looks sheepishly into his Uncle’s face, “H-Hi Uncle Corduroy.”

"It is great to see you again, Circuit. We miss you so much." Alluka greets her robotic friend. As she listens further, she raises her eyebrows in surprise. If K'hysh leaves something for everyone, then there's a specific reason to do.
"I see. By the way Circuit, have you seen -"
Unfortunately for Alluka, the screams interrupts her question. Given the sounds, she has a feeling where they come from. "Nevermind." She smiles without being surprised at all.

The smile on Kari's face fell quickly when she heard K'hysh had left a message. "Really? Why are we just..." She looked at the others after breaking off and turned and ran for her room. Once inside, she closed the door and sat. "Am I actually ready for this?" She asked ready for the message to play.

Circuit sighed as he watched Kari run to her room. He turned to Alluka, nodding his head. "Young Mr. Rolo found his way here, and I assumed the Commander would be sending you all soon, given what happened today. She contacted me and said he was approved for traveling iwth us."

Voice Identification Verified. Biometric Identified.
The lights dimmed and a figure appeared in the middle of the room. K'hysh's hologram walked over, a smile on her face. "Hi, baby. If I know you, you're sitting there asking if you're ready to see this. If you don't, you'll never be ready. I know I was supposed to come back. I promised I'd come home, start that new life outside of Time Force. But you know me. I probably attracted some sort of trouble. I set these messages up for all of you in case something happens to me. With luck, Circuit's got them to you within a few days and you can start to heal. If he didn't, I'll find a way to fry a robotic chicken."
She giggled and smiled, sitting on the bed. "I don't say it enough, but I love you. You're the one person that's given my life on Earth a real meaning, and I wouldn't ever trade that for anything. I know that sometimes things are rough and a little hectic, but we'll make it through anything. I love you with everything in me, and if something happened to me, know I went down fighting so whatever came after me wouldn't hurt you. If you get a new Red Ranger, guide them. Help whoever it is fill my place on the team. Take care of the others. Watch after Cody and make sure Alluka gets enough sleep. Keep Sojiro from going full One-Punch Man on bad guys, and...smile for me, Kari. Just one. I won't be able to see it, but I'll know."
K'hysh got up, walking over and putting her hands on Kari's shoulders. "You'll be ok. It may not be right away, but...you'll be ok. If there's one thing I know, it's that my girl is tough as nails and can survive anything. I love you, Kari, and I hope you're going to be ok."
The message faded out, the lights coming back on.

Circuit sighed as he watched Kari run to her room. He turned to Alluka, nodding his head. "Young Mr. Rolo found his way here, and I assumed the Commander would be sending you all soon, given what happened today. She contacted me and said he was approved for traveling iwth us."
"I will see them right away. For now, can you help Tanjiro with his arrangements? I would like for him to be comfortable here." Alluka suggests. After this, she takes her leave to meet with her boyfriend and his nephew.

“Rolo?” Cody says incredulously. He rubs his eyes, but he doesn’t disappear.. He stares at his nephew in confusion a moment longer until he shakes his head. “H-How did you end up here?”
“Well, long story.” Rolo smiles sheepishly, as he moves to inspect his uncle’s room. He has been intent on hiding that he has not taken the time to admire it.
“We’ve got time. Explain” Cody sighs, crossing his arms.
And explain Rolo does. After he write a note that he’s going to the cafeteria, he takes his leave and explores the Headquarters. Thing is he runs into his uncle’s friend when the building debris falls one by one. He follows them to escape, only when a large piece from there separates them so he has to take another route to hide.
“And lo and behold, I run to here. I don’t know what this Circuit bird does but he tells me to stay in your room. I got no clue so I listen, stay here and hide in your closet ever since.” Rolo finishes the tale, picking up his backpack. “It was scary out here. Up close. Didn’t see those when I stayed with my foster parents. Is this how you deal with everyday?”
Cody only shrug slowly in response since he has no other words to say. To learn Rolo survives the ordeal by just hiding in plain sight, it’s impressive to say the least. “Not always. I deal with scary things way before I was your age. Thanks Mom and Dad.” He mumbles begrudgingly on the last part. Even though they’re gone, he carries the lingering hate toward them for treating him and Ephraim after Claire passes away.
“What did you say?”
"Nothing." Cody shakes his head. "Anyways. Listen, I understand what you done. You done right to take cover. But you're not going to do this forever especially when there's bad people up ahead."
"Really? Why's that?" Rolo's eyebrows furrow in confusion.
"Because you'll stay by my side." Cody answers, turning away. "I just get to know you again and I don't want this to be the last. So I spoke with my Commander and she allows you to stay with me. At least after this mission is complete."
Rolo's expression turns to astonishment. "Really?! I get to go on a trip with you?! Sold!" He exclaims, pumping his fist.
As Cody turns to face him once more, only to be met by Rolo’s crushing hug around his middle.
“I'm glad I have my family again. Happy birthday and thank you,” Rolo says as Cody wraps his arms around him and brought a hand to the back of his head, stroking his hair as he rests his chin atop it.
“That's right, Kid. Me too,” Cody affirms with conviction. Before releasing him, he adds, “And nothing, not even the enemy lines, is gonna stop that.”
Rolo smiles and wraps himself around his uncle once more, Cody tamps down the feelings that make him think otherwise. When the Blue Ranger hears a familiar knock, he lets go and goes over to open the door and there stands his girlfriend at the entrance. "Hey."
"Hi." Alluka greets him, her eyes flicker to Rolo joyfully moving around. "How did it go?"
Cody looks back to his nephew briefly before he turns his head to his girlfriend. "He seems to be taking well. He has to take cover somewhere. I didn't expect him to be here like this. I don't blame him though. Moving from foster home to foster home, his survival instincts heighten."
"You and me both." Alluka agrees. "Hey listen, Circuit informs us that K'hysh leaves messages to us in our rooms. He said we can read them in due time."
"Does this explain why she went to the ship while we're with Captain Logan and the younger Rangers last time?" Cody asks with a frown, knowing he hasn't forgotten about this one.
"Perhaps. Cannot say for sure." Alluka answers with a frown of her own. "For now let us get ourselves ready. We are going to leave."
"As you wish, Beloved." Cody smirks softly, turning to face Rolo once more. "Rolo, we're going to launch. You can come with us if you like."
"Sure."

Seeing K'hysh standing in front of her as a hologram had every inch of her body covered in goosebumps. It felt as though it had been years since she had seen that amazingly beautiful face that was looking at her right now. As the holo started talking, the sound of her voice caused Kari to close her eyes and take it in one last time. Then the giggle. That giggle that caused Kari to melt every time it happened because of it's genuine origins deep within the woman she loved so much. Tears were freely streaming down the pink rangers face. As the holo faded and the lights returned to normal, Kari was left sitting there with her knees now pulled to her chest, her arms curved into a hugging motion around them. She let face drop to her knees where her emotions were finally and completely let go. "I miss you so fucking much." She said through sobs.

Sojiro leaned against the wall, thinking about what he wanted to know more about what was going on with himself. Aside from Tanjiro becoming the new Red Ranger and the new villains, he can't stop thinking about what his father was hiding about his Argonite heritage. He just remained silent as he looked at the floor, his mind already in thought, trying to piece together on what he wanted to know about.

Circuit looked at Tanjiro. "Cadet Kamiya. We're about to launch, but if you'd follow the glowing lines on the floor, it'll take you to your room. K'hysh left a message for you as well. Or, should I said, the new Red Ranger. She didn't know who would be taking her place."
Tan nodded softly. "Yeah, alright," he said. "Thanks." He walked out, following the lights on the floor and headed for his room. He passed Alluka and Cody, hearing them talk before passing Kari's room, hearing the Pink Ranger's sobbing. He bit his lip, raising his hand to knock on the door before he stopped and turned away, finding his room. He sighed as he sat on the bed, looking around. "Shit."
Delta Brace Identified. Red Ranger Identified sounded off.
A second hologram of K'hysh appeared, walking up from the desk. "So, you're the new Red Ranger. Hope the others didn't give you too much shit. Listen, I know it's scary, jumping into a team that's already bonded and gotten things figured out. But you'll be fine. Listen to Alluka and Kari, and you'll never be steered wrong. You'll get the hang of the weapons and the gadgets. Just keep your chin up and do your best. I'm not asking you to be like me. Never expect that. Be your own Red Ranger, and do your best. Good luck."
The hologram faded away, and Tan sighed softly. "Damn it..."
Circuit looked at Sojiro as the Waverunner's engines started up, the ship lifting up. "Sojiro, are you going to settle in?"

After crying for what felt like ages, Kari stood and got herself presentable and exited her room. She made her way to the main room and sat at the table hearing the engines start. She was ready for this fight, she just didn't know if she would be ready to do it without K'hysh. "Circuit, thanks for being you." She said ready for whatever was next.

Circuit looked at Sojiro as the Waverunner's engines started up, the ship lifting up. "Sojiro, are you going to settle in?"
Sojiro nodded, "Yeah. Sorry, just thinking about some things," he said as he went straight for his room as the ship started.

Cody and Alluka are walking back to the main room with Rolo walking in front of them. With the discussion they are having, it's now time for the boy to meet with their friends. Once they're in their seat, they watch Rolo sitting down and glances at Kari.
"Hi, I'm Rolo. You must be my uncle and Ms. Makiya's friend, right? It's nice to meet you." Rolo introduces himself to the Pink Ranger.

"Likewise." Rolo grins, his eyes eventually flicker on the Delta Caller his uncle and Ms. Makiya have. "So you're a superhero as well. That's cool!"
"Not only that, Kari's our team doctor." Cody chimes in with a smile. "She has been helping us since our team is formed."
