Listening to Grilos' words, Sojiro found himself in limbo. He wanted to stop Sasorias from killing the rest of the Argonite race, but at the same time, he feared that he would repeat the same mistake. Looking at the two halves, he turned to Grilos, "Grilos... all I wanted was to know where I half came from, and yet I'm caught up in this mess and I'm worried about my team. I want to bring my halves together, but I'm afraid that I would put my entire team in danger. My dad repeated the same mistake and he sealed away his powers to avoid any more death counts. I don't know if I can reconcile on time, knowing that my team is putting their lives on the line," he exclaimed until he remembered Lillith, Grilos' daughter.

"Lillith...," he spoke to himself. "...she was so happy with herself. Even though I just met her, she was accepting of her power."

That's when Sojiro clenched his fists, "If she can accept for who she is like my team has... then... god..." he cursed at himself.

Grilos sighed, putting his hand on Sojiro's shoulder.

"Beyond annoying." Kari said with a slight shrug. "Can we figure out how to get rid of this asshole?" She asked looking over at Tan, Alluka, and Cody. "Any ideas?" She asked.

It took a few minutes for Sojiro to think and he nodded, "Alright... please... I already lost you. I can't lose my team or the rest of the Argonites," he said.

"Then get your halves to work together. Your Arognite strength with your Ranger powers. And don't neglect either side," Grilos said. "Now wake up!"

Alluka instinctively uses her Scale Shield to cushion the fall. Then she rejoins Tanjiro and Kari. "I do not know. Cody is bringing Soujiro here and the only thing we can do is to pressuring Sasorias." The Black Ranger answers Kari.

Tanjiro watched Sasorias, seeing his tail firing acid at the walls, hoping to bring the entire place down. "If we could plug the tail..." He bit his lip under his helmet, looking around for something to use. "but any chance we get, he'll melt right through it. That acid's eating the concrete like it's cotton candy. We just need to keep him distracted until we think of something."

Lilith, having been hiding and watching, flew out and blasted Sasorias with a shot from her hands, chipping the monster's hide. "That's for my daddy, jerk!"

Sasorias snarled, turning and facing the child. "Let's reunite you!" he yelled, firing at the young girl.

"No!" Tanjiro ran, grabbing Lilith and diving out of the way, yelling as he got hit in the shouler with the acid. He slid to a stop, looking at the girl in his arms. "Are you ok?"

"Uh-huh. He killed my daddy. I wanna make him pay!"

"We'll stop him, sweetie, but you need to run and hide, ok?" Tanjiro asked, sitting up and helping Lilith to her feet. "Can you run?"

"Mmm....oks," the girl said, taking off and flying out as fast as she could.

Tanjiro got up, seeing the bit of armor falling from Sasorias' shoulder. "That's it."

"Umm... Soujiro, it's me, Cody." Cody's eyebrows furrow over a name he doesn't know about. But he forgoes this since he watches Soujiro finally wake up.

Tanjiro smirked, "We couldn't damage him. His hide was too tough, right? But look what the kid did," he said, pointing to the armor chipping. "She damaged him. We need to distract him long enough to get Cody time to wake Sojiro up, and then we get out of Sojiro's way and have him fuck this bastard up."

"Good for you. Welcome back to the fray." Cody says, helping Soujiro up. Once he leads him to the others, he gives them a nod.

"Excellent." Alluka smirks upon seeing her boyfriend and Soujiro return. "Tanjiro has a plan that will surely stop Sasorias's reign of terror."

"Understood." Cody replies with a smirk, ready to follow Tanjiro and his plan.

"Well then, let's get to it. Sojiro, welcome back buddy." Kari said with a nod, turning to face the creature again. "Game on asshole."
