Kari stepped lightly but moving backwards to help use his momentum to her advantage, but he right foot tangled with her left and the kick connected to her stomach. The wind within her body escaped with a slight groan seeing the swing come with it. Lift her arm, she blocked the hit but grabbed his wrist in the motion and flipped the young man over her shoulder. "Good." She said pridefully at the young man.

"I'd wait," Aiko said. "Kari asked Tanjiro to the training area, getting to know him through his fighting and seeing waht he's capable of."
"What I mean is Alluka, Soujiro, and I will train together while leaving Tanjiro and Kari be." Cody corrects quickly. "I know I am not going to interfere them, so I figured the rest of us will work take care of the rest."
"We can work on replay first. As soon as Tanjiro and Kari are finished with their sparring, the rest of us will begin the training of our own." Alluka suggests, rubbing her boyfriend's arm softly. "Your suggestion is overall helpful, Cody."

Tan flipped, landing on his feet and sliding. "Not bad yourself. I probably weigh about a hundred pounds more then you and you flipped me like I was a cardboard box," he said with a bit of a smile. He cracked his neck, bouncing in place before taking off again. He slid under a kick, grabbing Kari's leg and flipping her before he popped up and kicked her in the chest, knocking her down. "And I'm also a fast learner. You favor one leg over the other, leaving your backleg vulnerable."

Sojiro smiled, "Took the words right out of my mouth," he said with a smile.
"Good thing I remember where the video area is. Shouldn't be far from the lab." Cody says before he gives his thanks to Wes, Kiara, and Aiko for helping. Then he heads off to see the replay of the earlier battle.
"I am very sure everyone is coming along." Alluka muses with a small smile as she follows her boyfriend to the other room.

Kari gasped as she felt herself flip before taking the kick in the chest. She hit the ground with a slight groan. She then popped up on her elbows and laughed a little. "Okay, I'll give that to you." She said getting back to her feet. "You have a natural swag for combat it seems." She said folding her arms and gave him a shrug. "Consider me impressed." She said smiling.

Tanjiro smiled a bit, standing up and lowering his stance. "While you guys were going all over hte Timestream, I was in the gym and doing combat sims back at Time Force. Had to learn or I'd keep getting shoved around."

"Shoved around?" Kari asked with her eye brow raised a little. Honestly, it was kind of scary how similar Tan was to K'hysh. Training with him, felt like training with her all over again. "Were you bullied at Timeforce?" She asked feeling the anger starting to surface inside again. She hated bullies for what they did and do to others like K'hysh.

Tanjiro shrugged softly. "Not just at Time Force. But most of my life," he said. "You'd think after ove a thousand years, there'd be less racism, but apparently being Japanese is enough to get me hated by white people." He stretched and sighed, rubbing his arm. "Sometimes it's not as bad, others it's almost unbearable." He smiled a little, leaning against the wall.

"Oh my god." Kari said actually shocked hearing the young man speak. "Well, I'd make them eat their teeth." She said shaking her head and joining him against the wall. "I'm sorry you've dealt with all of that. Also..." She said looking over at him. "I'm sorry for my treatment of you as well." She said genuinely meaning it.

"Yes, and I understand. But I actually referring to Wes, Kiara, and Aiko coming with us." Alluka corrects quickly.
"But they do have other things to work on. They can't be there for us 24/7." Cody says as he enters the video room and Alluka following in.
"I see your point." Alluka sighs softly, sitting on one of the chairs and begin browsing the replay from the earlier battle. "Other than them, I do hope things will work out for Kari and Tanjiro. We cannot placate them in between any longer."

Tanjiro shook his head softly. "It's alright. It wasn't ideal the way the Commander thrust me into this spot. I did some digging the other day and talked to Captain Walker. Apparently K'hysh had a hand in the selection process, and I was the one she chose. The Commander finally just put the replacemenet into motion," he said.

Alluka gives a brief "I told you so" look on Cody and Soujiro for one of their companions are here to check on them first until her eyes gaze at Wes. "Well, we are looking for Rahxaz's weak points in this video. If we spot it, we shall use it to our advantage." She explains. "So far, the wings are her weak points. But there is something else that we are able to hit."
"Unless she has the Prison Emblem like the ones we captured from Nausis's front before." Cody chimes in with a thoughtfull expression.

Kari sighed slightly and gave nods as the young man spoke. She looked up and gave a slight shrug. "Well, then it means you are meant to be in that red suit. So we will continue to work until you believe it too." She said with a smile. "Because I do believe in you." She said letting down the last wall.
