So, kind of thrown for a loop on this one as I thought Shout would of been the ones to release it, but regardless, we'll be seeing an offical American release of another Kamen Rider series.

Um you may have misread this, but this is not an adaptation but rather, another Kamen Rider series being released in the US with offical English Subs.
